does anyone know how many mg of oxycodone 600mcg of oral fent would convert to?

Well 600mcg is equal to .6mg. On my converter it only has IV/IM Fent so this isn't exact. Punched into the converter .6mg of IV/IM Fent given every 1-2 hours is equal to 30-60mg of oral oxycodone given every 4-5 hours. I could not find a calculator to convert oral Fent.

Sounds about right to me just from personal experience. But remember the two drugs are different in effect. For one thing the fent will waer off faster and some people claim fent has less euphoria then Oxy. I happen to love fent myself though. I'm jealous of you.

are you talking about taking a actiq sucker? or are you talking about eating some of a patch?

roxi was correct on the dose for the actiq. papa was correct that oxy will last longer than the sucker and is far more euphoric.

if you are talking about eating part of a patch, then that will be different in frequency of oxy plus in strength.

you can use part of a sucker till you see how it affects you. if it doesn't make you sick or knock you out, you can do more, slowly. same if it is part of a patch, start low and go slow. you can always do more.

either way, be very careful. use smart and stay safe.

Seriously, the 1600mcg suckers are great. Just spin it around on the side of your mouth until you feel right then save some for later...NICE STUFF...If doing at work at least break off the end that says actiq on it and it looks like a regular sucker...yea good stuff...

I thought you got a pretty good answer. It's equal to 30-60mg a Oxycodone. Everyone's body is different, no one can tell you exactly how you will tolerate it.

well after going through about 30 of these things I would say your guess is right. I say they are about as good as an oxy 40 maybe a little less, but eat about 3 or 4 I have a hella buzz goin

and oxy cant TOUCH fentanyls euphoria guys... well everyone reacts differently but yeah lol. Those who say oxy is better
has got to have a medium to low tolerance, thuse fentanyl just basically makes them sleepy and nothing more or are used to a 'rush' and oral/trandermal fent wont give that! Fentanyl has to be smoked or IV'd to get any true effects from it! and when smoked, it beats teh hell out of IV morphine by about another class of drugs :p
taking you do it right and get the vapors(u CANT see the vapors from smoking it) and all.

This ? is for real. How would one suggest smoking an Actiq? Prep, method, etc. Can it be done at all?

hell it's hard enough to get the non-gel patches to a usable product. I don't even wanna think about those lil white lollis!

I agree. I got a hold of 2 100ug gel patches ansd at first I tried eating the patch, then using it as directed. All that happened was that I got sick as fuck. I then dried it out and smoked it, once I figured out how much I could handle I tried the IV route and DAMN!! Big difference. I don't know though out of all these opiates and what not, I still like my H and Morph pills (when I can get them) The nodding and high has left me a long time ago, so now i just look for what can make me go though the day without being sick.
