Where to get wheel filters?

Ok right now i'm 99.9% sure they don't call them wheel filters in industry. So what are they legitimately called, and where the HECK do i GOSH DARN get them?;)

Good question. . .I have wondered this myself. I even thought recently of starting a thread to ask if anyone gets them locally instead of ordering them off the net. That would be fine unless someone in your household might find out what they are, you know?
