UA For Opis

I have a question: When a dr does a UA does the vicodin show up different then say percocets or do they all just show up as an opiate? Any help would be great.....

percocettes will not show up on regular drug tests

Not a five panel, no, but it all depends on what kind of test he is going to be doing. i.e. there are expanded test and they could always just send your sample off to the lab and that will tell them everything. I believe that with 5 panels if you test dirty for anything (like say weed) they usually send it away to the lab to be GC/MS'ed so anything else that's hiding in there would show it's face on you. If you plan on using oxy and passing a 5 panel then don't do any other drugs that will show up on the UA cause it will blow your whole house of cards down.

UPDATE: Did the UA and they are sending it off to a lab Dr asked if I had anything other then what he scripted me and told him that I went to ER and they gave me vicodins and he said it was fine as long as he knew about them.He wanted to make sure I had the drugs in my system the he scribes me to make sure I'm not selling them.So all is good except not sure if they can tell how much I use at one time or not....Thanks for the advise on who responded:)

They could test for levels but I doubt that they would (unless they have reason to believe that your misbehaving with your meds). What sucks about those UAs your having to take is that your pretty well fucked as far as getting high on anything other than what your prescribed. That's what would piss me off.

wow how soon til you get the results. I wonder about that too if vicodin will show up as different than percocets/OC's so that he would know you were taking the vics when you were only prescribed the OC's? can they tell the difference without sending it away?:confused:

I don't believe either Hydrocodone or Oxycodone are picked up by your everyday 5 panel, the most prevailent (and cheapest) drug test given, but as DaG was saying I guess they have a special panel test that tests soley for oxy. Really they can test for anything it's all a matter of how much time and effort/money they want to put into it. Different test are more accurate/more dangerous than others. Unless you know exactly what test they are preforming on you it's very hard to give you any concrete answers.
