Change Profile Name?

I really want to change my profile name and cannot. Is it possible to do so?

Also, how does one go about deleting their profile?

just make
a new account?
I'm pretty sure
an administrator
could change the name
if the money was right ;)

That's why I asked how one goes about deleting their account. I don't want to start a new account and have an old one I'm not using taking up bandwidth or whatever the fuck it's called.
