wellbutrin & mescaline?

hey. SWIM's friend is currently taking 300mg of wellbutrin and his b-day is coming up. For this occasion he wanted to test the waters of mescaline for the first time. He figured he'd start with a small dose...Would there be a negative reaction between the two? Also, what about DMT + Wellbutrin?

I can't see why you'd have any problems dude. I've had friends take acid, shrooms, research chems, peyote and every fucking drug under the sun while on anti-depressants and they all got through without complication.

The only thing anti-depressants interact with is Ecstasy.

Yeah, I don't imagine there'd be no problem with that mix. If you're still concerned you could just skip the AD for the day...My biggest concern/bitch is the damn nausea caused by mesc, even the purest of pure stuff. Doesn't matter, still horrible nausea. Did it twice, both times tripped reasonably well but couldn't really enjoy it cause of that shit. Definitely not best drug ever. Best psychedelic ever = LSD. Still pretty good trip though, way more "body high" than acid, reminds me of something with the qualities of E and LSD together. Makes you wanna fuck like a rabbit. And then throw up. Hopefully after you finish though...

Your wrong on the Mushrooms not being around Pill, I know the mushroom sceen around your area very well and they pop up about once every other month... you just got to know who to talk to. Obviously 99% of all shrooms around are going to be home grown and probably kept within a small circle of freinds, that's how I always scored them. And you can find "acid" too, but it aint LSD... who know's what the fuck your buying there and for the last oh 10 years or so almost all street acid I have come acrossed has been dirty as all hell, just make you sick really.

On the MAOIs for potentiation, they most definately do work but the problem is they work too good... I would stay away unless you knew exactly what you were doing. And esspecially never mix them with ANY CNS DEPRESSANT, including the dissociative anesthetics like Ketamine, DXM, and PCP and Opaites. Also remember that MAOIs stay in your system and continue to potentiate for alittle under a week for most of the widely used ones so anyone who has a full time habit with Opaites should just stay away from that shite in general to avoid overdoses. As far as using them to potentiate psychedelics they are better used in the Tryptamine family than the Phenethylamine/Amphetamine family; most Phenethylamines you can get away with (MDX series and anything amphetamine excluded of course) but be very careful with some of the newer drugs, i.e. RCs... better to titrate up and find your optium dose than chance it and fuck your brain up, ya dig? Tryptamines (such as DMT, 5-Meo-DMT, LSD, Ibogaine, ect.) are perfect for MAOI potentiation with minimal side effects (nausea aside, that's a common side effect for most MAOIs, esspecailly in combination). Shit Harmine and Harmaline (the most commonly used MAOI with Psychedelics) are Tryptamines themselves. Don't forget the N2O either, those will blast both Phethylamine/Amphetamine and Tryptamine trips to the peak if your into breif burst. Be careful with that MAOI stuff though, do your research and tread lightly until your comfortable with your dosages.

And Superman is 100% right on basifying your stomach to potentiate oral Amphetamines, the more basic the better. There are other potentiators but they are rather dangerous, I would use that method or just do more Amphetamine to make up for it.

I was in downtown detroit rollin my ass off last year and had 2 dudes try sellin shrooms to me.. Your right about the lsd tho.. Seen it a couple years ago and it was junk
