Hey. I'm aware there's a bunch of other threads asking how to shoot and shit, so I'm not going to ask that, but instead I have some other questions...

1. I have never banged anything, yet after going through rehab\detox I find myself randomly looking at my bulging veins on my hands thinking about injecting. What's with that? There were a shitload of people talking about injecting, maybe it's just a manifestation of using in general...

2. Is it worth it going down that path? I hear the rush is instantaneous and good, yet there's people who are addicted to shooting in general...How much more addicting could one roughly say this method of administration is compared to say chewing on an oc or snorting it?

3. Pharmacy needles. I was outside of an NA meeting and this crack ho with big tits was talking to me about how the insulin needles at pharmacies are bad, something about pockets of air? Is this true? Is it just over long term use that it causes damage?

4. Should I do it?

Never heard that one before and 99/100 junkies use insulin syringes exclusively. But then again maybe 99/100 junkies are going to kill themselves for a variety of reasons and this is just one more thing to add to the list.

About your other questions -- for a certain percentage of people the thrill of injecting is hopelessly addicting, and the mere fact that you ask these questions makes me think you just might be one of those people...

P.S. I like how you brought her tit-size into the conversation. Little details like that can really help us understand your story better :-D

I don't see how insulin syringes are more likely to have air pockets vs other types of syringes. I've seen people spend a 1/2 hour trying to get every little bit of air out of the rig, I get 95% or more of the air out but you loose too much rpoduct getting that last smidgen out. I dont think theres any reason to worry about it, I dont see it causing bubbles that could end up in the brain or something, I would think the blood would absorb the air. Your only getting tiny amounts, I dont even think it would kill ya if you filled the whole rig w/ air and injected it into your jugular.

Shooting is a whole new ball game, shooting dope vs snorting it is like a whole different drug. I wouldnt start shooting if I had the chance to do it over but many people told me this before I started and i didnt listen to em because while they said they wouldnt do it if they could redo it they also said it was much better and that the rush was the best feeling in the world. So I suggest you don't but I doubt it will have any effect on you so just use your head. Don't share points or equipment (esp. w/ large breasted crack ho's), always do a small shot to test the quality and when (if) you start take it slow, you'll need much less when injecting vs how much you normally snort or eat to feel good. (this may seem economical but this doesnt last long, w/ in a very short period of time you'll be shooting as much if not more as you used to snort)

wow. thanks man, great advice. i was pondering the dosage, didn't know how it added up. i think i'm going to push the thought out of my head for now, no rush to take my addiction to the next level now (i have limited availability now anyways...).

i have a generic 80 mg oc. the markings are G 164, and its orange. i really want to bang it but im not sure if i can do it with a generic, i never banged an oc before, but i cant get my hands on any dope, any opinions?

let me tell you how i got started. one day i had some fentany+morphine+demerol ampoules, and had never shot, bu also had some insulin syringes from something i was doing that didn't not involve shooting up.

so i said 'hey lets do a shot just to prove i have the willpower to never do another one again'.

so i did a shot, and then for a year afterward i was proud that i had the willpower to resist doing it again.

well not much later i found myself snorting 200mg of morphine at a time and wham-bam, from that day since i've been shooting up every single fucking day that i have something to shoot.

so ya, once you start, it'll get ya in the end, even if you have what feels like huge amounts of willpower in the beginning. hanging around shooters also greatly influenced me.

Eat it, snort of butt slam. You do not need to blast Oxy to enjoy it. It was not meant to be IV'd so don't do it. I don' and I really enjoy Oxy. I get a tolerence fast to it so I don't do it often but when I do I chew em. I have chewed Oxy's so much that I have developed a taste for em'.

Please don't start shooting. You will be chasing the rush perhaps for the rest of your life. You also run the risk of developing needle fever - you will get preoccupied with the method of administration and you won't be able to go back to what previously brought you pleasure.

I won't mention all the health risks. Just do what works for you.

Sounds like your trying to clean up your life by going to meetings and talking about detox/rehab.

If your not using now, then why go back to using regardless of using by needle or not.
Sounds like this is an issue you should be bringing up with your NA sponsor, if your starting to get clean and serious about recovery. Which is great if you are!

But why are you in recovery at this point if I may ask? Is it something your supposed to do or something you chose to do?

Just curious. If you did this on your own, you may just be having cravings hearing others talk about their experiences wtih injecting. Regartless of how you got their, I think it's normal for someone who has used drugs, especially opiates to be having cravings.

Ultimately the decision is yours and we can only give you our opinions or share our own experiences with it. It is one way of administration that is very addictive'.
