I've done this myself...you're not crazy bro, I think it's just that OC's disrupt your sleep and a side effect of this may be talking to yourself as you drift in and out of sleep.

Hahah Im awake again... This time I ate a large pizza and 4 candy bars... O how i love food on oxycodone... Before its over I will eat all the food I have here.. Especially chocolate!!

after surgery large amounts of liquid ox gave me out of body experiences. well... kind of. more like realistic dreams where i went and answered the telephone, and then i snapped into reality and realized i was in my bed talking to an imaginary phone.
