View Full Version : Junkylife groups
What do you think of having a group for junkylife bloggers? Like the new opiophile groups and such. A few years ago when I ran a board I gave a few different groups out to people, it made me feel special. Well, it might not be anything worth doing, I just thought I'd bring it up.

I was thinking about creating a couple of joinable groups. One, dedicated to the printing of a monthly-quarterly zine that Jacky's working on, and another Junkylife group. The problem is, is that not everyone on Junkylife is an opiophile member, and there's also a forum on Junkylife that's somewhat under-used.
On the other hand, it might be under-used for a reason - let me dig deeper into this shallow cranium of mine and think about it...
Thanks for the suggestion, btw...!!
I should note that if anyone feels there's a specific interest or group that would hold the interest of more than a few, Opiophile.org happy to create not only additional forums for discussion, but joinable groups only viewable to those that opt in via their user cp. I was thinking of making Supply & Resource as such, but wasn't sure if it would get the attention it deserves. By all means, let us know....

A great suggestion, Ogre. A joinable group has been created. In order to view and post in the Junkylife.com members forum, all you need to do is join the Junkylife.com member's group. You can do this via your User Options (and then clicking on 'Group Memberships') or by clicking here: http://forum.opiophile.org/profile.php?do=editusergroups
Once you join the Junkylife.com group, you'll notice a new forum appear in 'the monkey' discussion groups. Feel free to use and abuse...
This forum is available to all and is kept joinable as only a small portion of our user base are Junkylife.com members. The Junkylife.com joinable group is public and may be joined by anyone, regardless of Junkylife membership status.
Interested in a group of your own? Suggest it here or send it on via PM and we'll do what we can.
