I Have recently managed to get some 30/500 mg Codeine and was wondering how much parcetamol am i able to take the only reason i am asking is because i taken 10 tabs (5000mg paracetamol) late last(snorted 1 aswell shold not have snorted paracetamol really) nite (takin the edge of a come down off crappy ritalin). And just thinking would it be too dangerous to take like another 10 again because i got no sleep last nite and would just love to relax by my self P.S before you mention i aboustluty hate the extraction technique it like makes you really high for 20mins(for too short) then it seems to where off and becomes unpleasent :)

Your PS didn't work as intended, it just made me say you're imagining it.
And 5000mg APAP is horrible for your liver. Really fucking bad, don't do it. You can't get another one.

...yes. The maximum daily dose of acetaminophen/paracetamol/APAP/etc. is 4000mg; single-ingestion toxicity starts at 7000mg, according to the bit of research I've done. It's not necessarily fatal in the "take one dose and drop dead" way, but it's tapdancing through a minefield nonetheless. Liver failure can't be a pleasant thing to die from.
ETA: having read a bit more, allow me to clarify so that I don't sound like I'm scaremongering or something. Liver failure and fatality with large doses of APAP are not exactly common; people take the stuff multiple times a day, every day, for weeks or months or longer and they're not dropping dead left and right. Don't panic, but don't tax your body unnecessarily--it's not the APAP getting us high, after all.
it's just REALLY bad for your liver. But that won't make your chest hurt. I'm sure you're fine right now (but what do I know?), you just don't want to get in the habbit of doing it.
If it helps, there are some members on this board who have actually taken a whole lot more than 5000mg APAP for a very long time (years) daily and are still alive and kicking. It's just not a good idea :) You can't fix damage done to your liver, and everyone is different.
