terrible cotton mouth!!

For all u sub users, is it the subs making my mouth so dry that i feel like i am gonna choke every time i take a bite of something?Also, is it the subs giving me this terrible heartburn?

Cotton mouth = no saliva = no teeth.

Are there still some sort of lozenges that have slippery elm as the main ingredient? I remember them, from somewhere. That might help.
