IV suboxone

I tried this last night for the first time and had a pretty decent results, I certainly didnt go into nightmare withdrawls as the doctors tell you will happen. Does anyone know why this is possible? Does naloxone not affect bupenorphine as it does other opiates? Does anyone know any specific reason why the flavoring/binders/ coloring might be bad for the blood stream?

It all depends on dose. Naloxone is a true antagonist, and it *can* precipitate some pretty shitty withdrawal if your habit waslarge, or going for a long time, whatever the case may be. I can't imagine that the orange coloring and the fillers/binders/etc. are exactly "healthy' for your veins, but at the same time, it won't kill ya. Just be careful and know that both bupe and naloxone are antagonistic in nature. Bupe is a partial antagonist, and naloxone is a full antagonist. The reason they add naloxone to the formulation is to discourage fixing it.

Shooting it should be fine (meaning no withdrawal) as long as you're only using Buprenorphine. If you're on any other opiates, it'll probably not be good.

I'd imagine the fillers and colors aren't any more harmful than all the other pills everyone on here shoots; just filter it well.

I would imagine that'd be the case, since with sublingual dosing or even snorting you're not really getting all of it, but with shooting you'd get every little bit of it basically. And the absorbtion from shooting would be much faster.

I admit I've been tempted to experiment with this, but since my goal is to cut out using drugs to get high, there's no legitimate reason I should try it.

Did you say you get the 2mg? I think he was referring to the 8mg pill (At least, I think so).

Needlefreak, i have some answers or mabye just suggestions to you.. i myself was also wondering the same thing.. starting about 2 & 1/2 years ago i started snorting suboxone, to get off my oxy/5 bag a day habbit, and it worked.. but then i got to thinking.. i could shoot it... and the first time was amazing. i got a real nice buzz, but then as time went on...during about a one year period i was shooting about 1-2 pills every 3 days, breaking them into quarters doing them several times a day.. during the end of the first year i wasnt even catching a buzz i was just doing them to feel normal.. so one day i quit.... then about a year later i started snorting/shooting them again.. now im down too little effect.. but i did notice switching from shooting to snorting actually gave me a better buzz. i know not all can tolerate the taste but if you can it is much better..


About the instant withdral with bupe/naloxone

With my own personal experiences with buprenorphine with naloxone i have come to the conclusion that when injecting the drug you have about a 20% chance of going into the instant withdrawls. which are severe shivering and coldness, the best way to do it is, do not inject more than one 8mg pill a day... see i take an 8mg and break it up into 4 chunks. if you exceed the 4 chunk a day you have a very high chance of going into these instant withdrawls.... the more of the nalaxone that gets into you the more of a chance you have... so as your addiction increases you see yourself going into these fits more often (If you iv) thats why i switched back to snorting.. for now anyways.. lol hope this helped you

I get the 8mg pills . I have heard of the hellish detox from IV use. I am not suprised that someone actually tried it .. I must say it is a peculiar drug I have actually even seen better results from half a pill than a whole pill. Anyone had similiar results? I can't imagine snorting them can be that tasty!

Ive experienced one of those hellish iv withdrawls you were talking about 2 out of the last 3 nights due to addiction and experimenting.. IV'ing the orange ones are just bad news... and if your gonna do it that way the subutex, the whites
