SWIM may be getting some of this shortly. SWIM has never had fentanyl, just oxycodone/hydrocodone. how many mg's of fentanyl would you say ='s 40mg's of OC?

You are going to hurt yourself if you start thinking in mgs of fent. Probably just a typo but this one kid was just claiming to have eaten like 40mgs of fent. That would kill a buffalo.

Well I think 600mcg of FEntanyl would be Equiv to around 67mg of Oxycodone... I'm not 100% sure but I'm pretty sure it's around there.
Cause 2.5mg of Fent is equiv to 180-214mg of Oxy..

BE CAREFUL! oh, and use this 'tab' sublingualy, as in hold under. If you swalllow it you will waist a bit of good fent... I've never had these fent sublingual tab things before so I dunno how well they would snort, but if they can be sniffed that'd be a good route.

I used to get these fentora tabs all the time. I tried snorting but all it did was burn my nose. didnt really get high off it either. i would just use it as they are intended. They would probably fuck you up pretty good IV but i dont fuck with needles.

I had Fentora 100 mcgs back in December. They were pretty good. Even though I had been taking Oxymorphone and oxycodone for a while I was not used to Fentanyl at first so it made me a little sick. After 10 days or so I started to enjoy them more. They are expensive though. Also, if you are taking them frequently you may develop sores on your gums from where you put the pills. The instructions tell you to put them on your gums over one of your top molars for about 15-25 minutes. By the end of the script I was using two or three at a time. Snorting them did not do much but make my nose burn. They have an effervesent that makes them kind of fizzle in your mouth so you can imagine that this is more than just uncomfortable up your nose. Remember that fentanyl is serious shit.
