Grapefruit juice as a potentiator??

Hey i have heard the rumor and read it enough times to think it works, plus i have tried it with some pretty good success... My question is how much should i drink and should i drink it before popping my opiate pills/benzos or should i drink it after or what? How well do u guys think grapefruit works at potentiating: 1.) OxyCodone 2.) Hydrocodone 3.) Valiums 4.) Xanax.... ????:confused::confused:
