i am having trouble dissolving my dilaudid in water. it is mallickrodt i believe. there is an m on one side and a 4 on the other. when i try to mix it with the water it just clumps up. im not very experienced with iv drugs. i tried to heat the spoon but to no avail. i figured this was an anti abuse factor of the pill. my friend said i had to shoot it through a cotton because the stuff clogs the tip of the syringe what do you guys think?

the m4s are different they have to be drawn through a cotton (piece of a qtip) but they are shoot-able BUT WAIT for someone with more experience with the M4 to back me up...

I've had those same pills quite a few times. The process for injection is actually pretty simple. I'll run through how I do it (and I am sure ten people will tell you something slightly different) and it works fine for me.

Please note every reference to me, I really mean SWIM. Oh, and its all fictional anyway. After all, every time you use a drug in a way other than that specified, God kills a kitten. PLEASE, THINK OF THE KITTENS!!

First, I take a business card, fold it in half, put the pill inside the card, and crush it up finely with either a lighter or my steel baton (its heavy and makes it a lot easier). For one pill (I usually get the 4's) I generally use about 50-60 units of water. Dump the crushed pill into your cooker, add your water, then cook just till it boils. Drop in your cotton (just a bit, dont use the whole end of the qtip) into the cooker, and draw up the solution into the syringe.

I think you can figure out what to do from there, but just in case. Tie off, find vein, inject.. Wait about 20 seconds. Enjoy

i must be an idiot or somethin g,the syringes "i" have are allergy ones, and they dont seem to seal right, they are from a package cuz i used to get allergy shots, brand new, but when i suck in the water it wont weven get up to six it stops at like .3 when i pull the plunger all the way up so there is mad air inside. any ideas, because right now im having to insufflate the 12mg a day and its not too fun, or at l.east thats what my nose tells me.


edit* fuckin tolerance, i snorted 16mg and hardl;y feel anythign and thts with two klonopin 1mg and 4 xannie bars. i feel nothing. i need to jus tstart saving my dosages but then my symptoms would rreturn fuck. this situation sucks.

can those be purchased at a pharmacy, im new to the iv thing as you can see. insufflated 16mg and no nod or nothin i need to hurry up and get my license back to get insulin syringes

I don't know, I heard some states will sell rigs at walmart without any problems. Give it a try those m4's are so fun to shoot I'm glad I don't have any, I'd get strung out again REAL fast. Dilaudids are my favorite thing to shoot. Black tar and ABG/Brand oxies kick ass too though:rolleyes: I'm on the wagon though

hey man allergy rigs are basically the same thing... if you're pulling through cotton yer gonna get some bubbles, just turn the bitch upside down, flick the bubbles to the top, push the plunger to the end of the air, and pull another round... lather rinse repeat.

you can order them online.. bubbles are quite normal but it does seem like you're getting excessive amounts of air, which also means you'd probably end up losing some of the shit..

have any diabetic friends? you can always tell them you ran out of allergy needles and you need one of their rigs (but don't say rigs)...

First of all if you have really good eyes you can see the tip, it looks like this

It has a "flat side." That's the side that you stick face-down on the cotton. Not IN the cotton, but just pressed against the cotton. I'm sure you can imagine, if the flat end was UP then the whole process wouldn't work so well.

Now if you don't have 20/20 eyesight, don't worry, you don't need to be superman to see which side is the flat side. If you just rotate it in good light, the flat side will catch the light and shine at you, like a mirror.

So now you've got the flat side pressed against the cotton, you pull plunger back a good ways (but don't pull it out!!!) and wait. I know it looks like its filling up with air, but a lot of what you think is air is really a vaccuum waiting to be filled up. You can only get so much H20 through a catheder that tiny per unit time, ya know? Don't expect it to just fill up right away. So you have to wait, and wait, and then when there's no more suction, just like HoM says you flick the air out and go back for more. If you do it right then at the very end you can see the cotton drying up.
