So I just got back from the doc's with a script for this Methocarbamol muscle relaxer; this stuff is pretty much useless recreationally right? It says that it may cause drowsiness and that mixing with other CNS depressants will add to this effect so taken ontop of my Valium, Xanax, Morphine, and Kif tincture maybe it will prove synergistic regardless if it is active by itself? Fuck, I dunno... aint gonna hurt to try anyways. Anyone have any personal experience with these particular pills? It's not that I am not familiar with or heard about this medication before I have just never read any accounts of anyone using them as an intoxicant before; and I am guessing that if I haven't heard of a way to abuse it, it's not possible. Hopefully I am wrong, any input would be greatly apprieciated.

Unfortunately, they are just a muscle relaxer, similar to flexeril, but if you mix them w/ opes, it won't act like soma does--it'll just add to the drowsiness aspect of the high, unfortunately.

I was prescribed that shit before for my neck after I was in a car wreck (that’s all the fucker gave me along with some IB 800s, what a jerk). I will say this, one night I popped like 3 or 4 (I don’t remember exactly) drank a few beers and smoked a whole bunch of green bud. I was slurring and stumbling around outta my gourd!

This very same night after my buddy was leaving and I was all stoked about a good nights rest after my legitimate injury, come to find out the guy gets his car towed out of the parking spot I told him to use. So its my fault. He’s from the OC and I’m in Ontario, CA so he has no idea how to get around town and no car. It’s up to me to go drive him to the tow yard all they way across town. I got a few blocks and realized I was driving with my eyes closed so I had to pull over and made him drive. I said “I don’t care how fucked up you are, your not half as fucked as I am right now!” So he drove over there while I navigated and he got his car back.

The point is they do work synergistically with alcohol and green bud but the feeling is more drowsiness than euphoria but you do feel pretty good! My neck pain was nil. That was before I kept a constant supply of opies so I can’t attest to how that combination will work.

Just my $0.02. Save em until your regular supply runs out, they might help you catch a couple Z’s. That is if your not in complete panic/sweating bullets/scouring the floor for possible rug pills mode…

I dunno, I am sure by themselves they are crap; but I'll tell you this, I got a pretty good buzz going on right now. I just jumped off my 2mg of subs maybe 48 hours ago and I took 360mg Morphine, I forgot how much Xanax (but not alot), 5mg Valium, 1.5 grams Methocarbamol, and a generous portion of my super potent Kif tinture sublingually... I don't know who all is responsible but I am not complaining that's for sure. Further trials with just Opaites and that Robaxin will have to be conducted.

You can buy Methocarbamol over the counter I think. Although I haven't tried it. Might be decent mixed with opiates?

The same fucking thing happened to me when I was in Mississauga once. I am from Ottawa and I drove out to Mississauga to a friends and he told me to park in a certain spot so I do, and then the next morning I hear a tow truck and it's my car being towed off to Lyons or Lions tow yard or somthing.

And they totally ABUSED my car. They put it in between two junkers with 2 inches for me to get in. I had to get them to move the cars from beside it cuz I couldnt even get in. And there were scratches all over it and then I had to pay 80$ or something.

They totally neglected my car they shoved it right inbetween 2 junkers they fucking keep all these junky cars there it's a fucking impound lot and they shoved my honda prelude SR right in between the cars it was totally fucked up plus they broke my suspension while towing it they didnt take any care. and there was no recourse for me. i had to repair everything.

fucking bastards! Toronto sucks! My car has never been impounded in Ottawa. It's just fucking ridiculous.

Yeah, I don't really now about methcarbinol, I find muscle relaxers as worthless as benzos. But even benzos have their worth when mixed with booze or something. Speaking of benzos, I know that this has been covered, i fnot here than on BL ( ooh whoopy!) Are benzos relay effective for sooting a bad trip? I am not talking about a 2-two-hits and can't handle it because I shouldn't be doing acid trip, I am tlaking about when you are getting to that borderline of ego-disintegration from a full on psychedelic exp?

They must work on some folk, I got some scripted at an ER after a car crash; when I went to get them filled the pharmacist gives me a big speech about how dangerous it could be taking two at the same time (as they were prescribed) with the Hydro.

He went as far as to suggest the doctor made an error when he wrote the script. I had never heard a pharmacist challenge a script before, so I figure he must be one the few that they do something too. They sure don’t do swat for me.

I love robaxin...it is one of the pills that I ask for when I am withdrawing from heroin. with robaxin and klonipin I can get through any opiate withdrawl. I had a decent heroin habit, and got sleep every night when zonked on klonipins and robaxin.

they have an OTC pill in canada that is codeine and robaxin....I really like the somniferic effects of this muscle relaxer in particular. robaxin doesnt make me as dizzy as soma, but that could just be the dosage differences I was taking of the two.

I like robaxin the day after taking mescaline or other psychs. rainy days off when sleeping on and off all day is just the ticket.

dont take these muscle relaxants in large amounts, and if you have to work on them take half doses, cause they will potentiate the somatic/somniferic effects of some opiates to some degree.

everyone is different in their likes and likenots, so I am just throwing my 2 cents in there, I am not saying that this stuff is going to be liked by the majority.

I seem to get a comfortable euphoria increase when taking robaxin with opiates, so for me it is my favorite muscle relaxant. it puts me in a good mood. I actually would prefer robaxin over the klonipin, as klon. makes me angry for some reason the higher doses I do of it. but the robaxin just knocks me out.

I find robaxin is one of the best muscle relaxants when it comes to relieving the kicks and leg problems you have when kicking dope, the stuff is a godsend in those situations for me. looking back at my past detoxes, I have been successful most of the times I used robaxin. they even gave me the stuff when I was kicking methadone.
one regimine I did at an outpatient clinic for heroin detox was klonipin, tergretol for seizures, and robaxin for the legs....then I had a stomach pill, called donatol...I think that had some atropine or something in it. those donatol pills were actually pretty good as well.

Methocarbomal (sp) is the active ingredient in Soma. Back in the day, it was the active ingredient in a tranquilizer, sedative/hypnotic known as Miltown. I've never had it, don't know if they still make it.

No, I wish they had prescribed me Soma... like those alot better. Soma is actually Carisoprodol, not Methocarbomal. The brand name for Methocarbomol is Robaxin; I don't believe that it is even in the same chemical family as Soma. Your right though, Soma (Carisoprodol) does metabolize into Meprobamate, the notorious Miltown.

damn i knew i recognized that name, that's what they gave me in rehab along with phenobarbital, clonidine, and trazadone... have to say the combo made me feel drunk.

i kinda like them now that i remember . course it probably didn't hurt to have a little barbs in my system
