New patches-please help.

Hi guys,
One of my old crew has been rxed Fent patches(very rare here) and I just to need to now if there's any fent patches you CAN'T fix.

ANY help would be more than cool.

I dont know much about fent patches but if you mean fix, like inject, I wouldnt go trying it. Do they have gel in em? I'd say smoke it if they do.

You guys know far more about fent than me-we don't see much of it.

you may want to double-check, but i think the gel ones have silicone or something in them.

the best way IME is to eat them... as a shooter I can say you get just as fucked up, without the small rush (and that rush is also deadly if you're not careful)...

but it can be smoked. or eaten.

DD said the ones without the gel he would just cut up into small squares and chew and hold in his cheek....like buccal absorption....

I'd say his best bet, if possible, would be to sell off the patches and buy some heroin...

also, he could try wearing one or two and using a heating pad.....this will help keep a continuous supply of opiates as he is figuring a way to get that faster relief...takes many many hours for the patches to work up to therapeutic level in the bloodstream; but once there, also lasts quite awhile even after the patch is pulled off....just FYI stuff...

i lost my mentor about a 6 weeks ago, and i really almost fell apart. he showed me who to see, how to act, what to do about all the various medical issues that arise as a shooter...

he drove me some dope once when i was out of town on business, a 6 hour round trip for him, because i got sick. i mean he got some too, but he would've done it for nothing... he was a golden heart, man, and i miss him everyday.

damn now i'm all sad...

I thought I read somewhere about eating fent patches being very bad for you, maybe not small amounts and maybe not correct at all, but i thought it has like some metal or some shit in it??? Im not familiar with them at all and could be completely wrong but I do recall reading something about eating them being way bad for you....

Nick--if it the mylan brand, there is NO gel to get out, it looks and acts justs like frosted cellophane tape.
that means there is NO way to make it work any better other than the heating pad method or the chewing method like DD uses.

if it is sandoz or jannsen brand, there is supposed to be the gel that you can smoke. i have only had the mylan brand so not sure if there is a way to cook a shot up from either of the above 2 brands.

sorry to hear about your friend though and i hope someone else can offer up a way for you to help him out with putting them to better use.

Cut a lil corner off the patch, leaving the adhesive covering intact, and lay patch on a mirror. Now get a lighter or something like that and run it across the patch, squeezing all the gel out. Someone prefers to do this in about 3-4 diff 'puddles' instead o one big blob for easier dosing... now let the gel set on the mirror and dry(won't take more than an hour) and then get a razor and cut each 'puddle' into half, then cut those 1/2s into 1/2s... taking that you made 4 'puddles'... Make it into like 20 lil pieces if you have little tolerance(like if u don't need over 40mg of Oxy).

Put each lil peice(one at a time of course :P) on a piece of foil creased... now form the foil into a 'bowl' shape like y'know? make it so theres no gaps for air and vapors to escape... now get a hollowed out pen/straw/rose tube(use the rose tubes or a rolled up piece of foil unless it's not obtainable!!!!!) and then kind of form the foil around your tube... As you're not gonna be able to see the vapors from the fent gel(like oh so many think you should and thus waist it and not get high)!!! AS SOON as your lighter hits the foil START INHALING!!! Don't wait for it to 'heat up' or 'start smoking'!!! The very sec you apply heat start inhaling, and inhale vigorously up until you remove the flame, and then keep inhaling till the foil if back down to normal/touching temp!!! Seriosuly, you wouldn't beleive how many ppl don't get high simply cause they didn't do this, then when they try like this guess huh, THEY BE HIgh :rolleyes: and hold the hits as long as you can..(like 7-15secs).. Just BE CAREFUL and don't over do it man!

Smoking fentnayl is like the crack of opiates, i swear! It's intense as hell and it doens't last very long(1-4hrs depending). :D

Have fun and be careful man! and this is just the hands down best and only way to use fent... oral, sublingual, and transdermal use is more sedating than euphoric, and not very recreational in my opinion. Now smoking it, whoooo, I'd asume have a foil of fent than an IV morphine shot... I also prefer it over street dope(tho it doesn't have a damn thing on kill dope!!!! hehe!).

Wish I knew more about 'em, Nick, but Flip was just here about a half an hour ago and I KNOW for a fact that she said she shot her Duragesic (gel) patches quite often. I know for a fact that you can't do much with the Mylan patches, as they contain no gel. I'll call her quick, and if I get her, I'll be right back...

If you want to get the good stuff out of the patch quickly do this:

1. cut the patch in half
2. get some 91% isopopanol alch and squirt some on the inside of your cheeks (this will irritate them a bit but it's not bad)
3. Place the halves of the patch on each side of your cheek and do a couple more sprays on top of the patches and then every once in a while do a few more squirts.

Note: This is done with the Mylan patches.

This is extremely effective and quick way to get the fent into your system but it's also a very potent drug. You have to be very very careful doing this and have a huge tolerance. When I was doing this I had a huge oxycodone habit as well as a huge fent habit via smoking the gel. I would suck on the patch for five or six hours and be extremely fucked up, to the point where I couldn't see straight. I got so fucked up on the Mylans like this that I tried the samething with the Duragesic patches but it isn't effective. I think there is something with the design that makes it not work.

Final Warning: Just to compare to something that a lot of people do I wouldn't use this method unless you have a habit of like 300 Mg's of Oxy a day or more. Very strong and very dangerous.
