What is everyones' average dose of kratom?

Ive recently been enjoying kratom quite often.

I find in order to get that warm euphoric opiate-like dose, I need to consume large amounts of leaf.

20 grams is a low end dose for me. 30 is the most ive ever done of regular leaf. And two grams of a 20x extract.

All very enjoyable experiences. Nice warm buzz, great nights sleep :)

Next time i plan on trying a couple grams of that standardized 41% "30x" that Phyto has.

i dose between 5g and 15g, don't think I've ever done 20g-30g... I like to keep it low and mix with other things.

I've noticed at the higher doses my heartbeat gets faster and I get 'warm' skin. Then when it wears off I completely knock out. Is this the case with you at those doses?

Never really noticed an increased heart rate.

But I do get that nice tingly warm feeling for an hour or two, then really severe sedation follows and I usually pass out.

Well, I've only done this stuff a few times so far, so no average has yet developed.
7 grams swallowed in gelcaps seems to be a great dose

After the first 90-120 minutes, take 1 small hit of some decent w33d and then have two pints of ale.
I was close to passing out (blissfully, I might add) while drinking the second beer.

Stayed awake and played some Wii games for a while and then crawled into bed, read a few short chapters of "Haunted Vagina" by Carlton Mellick III and zonked out.

Really nice at this level in combo with low doses of beer and w33d.

Will repeat in a few days.

Kind of the same as HoM here. About 5 -10g. At about 8g's I like it best. Get a nice relaxed feeling. Couple days ago I unattentionally mixed it w/ a 24hr allergy med (Clariton I believe)... I felt a little nod coming on for some reason. Never really got super sedated to the point you guys are tho. I've had to be pretty conservative lately :( Oh, and this is just premium commersh Bali.

Generally two big heaping spoonfuls (~Tbspoons) of the premium commercial. I estimate 12-15 grams based on TKK posted weights but I'm really not sure - any one else have a solid weight estimate on the premium commercial?

At that dose, it's noticeable but not overwhelming. I'm a little cautious 'cause I ate what I estimated to be about 20gms one day and it ruined my entire day, zooked my guts out and felt like dizzy shit for 12 hrs..

I like between 5 and 10 grams also, but damn! I bought P/C powder this last time and dont like it as well as I did the green veined thai...the thai seems much more energising, which is the part I enjoy, for the first time I am finding that kratom makes me want to take a nap!
