well I had planned to just stay home and relax with a half gram of cocaine and 80mg of methadone.
took 90mg of DXM
took 1mg of imodium
drank 4oz can of grapefruit juice
took 1 antacid
then I took 6 methadones and gave 2 to a friend
we went and waited to find out what was goin on, so we smoked a little weed and then went in the bathroom and I gave her a few lines and I snorted at least a quarter gram of coke
feelin pretty good so I decided to get a 40
alcohol + coke = cocaethethelyne right?
so we drank a 40 and were headed to this abandoned house to hang out in and just chill out but instead went to this huge fucking party
so many fucking people
I got so ridiculous I shouldn't have even drank that whole 40 but stupid me finished it and got offered this horrible hard cider and then some other flavored shit
I was having a great time and I can't really describe how I felt, it was like putting methadone, coke, and alcohol in a blender but I couldn't feel the methadone as I usually would but could tell I was still on it
oh and I did the rest of my coke at the party too
anyways point of this story is:
I drank too much
and then I couldn't really feel the methadone at all and I went home and slept
now I NEVER puke, unless I drink too much with methadone
I hadn't ate anything for a day and when I woke up at least 3 or 4 hours after the party I had the fucking worst headache of my life
which I think was from methadone, once in a while I get the worst headaches ever and it seems to be a result of methadone (or other opiates/opioids) but I could be wrong
anyways I felt so fucking weird
it was good but with a sick feeling all I could do was grab a bucket and puke, first time I've puked in a very long time
it was fucking black shit that I puked up
as a friend described it
"you're puking up crude oil"
I have no idea what it was and for about 4-5 hours I couldn't feel the methadone and all I could do was take something for my headache and take a nap
I woke up and took some more crap for my headache and about an hour later I felt the methadone again very faintly

so the questions are
can methadone cause headaches? or opiates in general?
why was my puke black?
does coke and/or alcohol lessen the effects of opiates?

when i would take too much of an opiate, i would usually have a headache the next day. this was one of my downfalls with heroin; i'd get clean and then go out for one day. the next day I'd have a headache so bad from doing so much the day before, that I'd go out and score to get rid of the headache (the only cure for an opium headache is more opium.)

Alcohol and dxm i'm sure both potentiated the methadone (as well as did their own thing.)

So this was saturday? How do you feel today?

Headaches can result during the coming-down phase of taking opiates... as for the rest, well, I ain't no doctor and I have no real clue about coke having done it maybe twice in my life.

after I took some ibuprofen my headache stayed away and about 4 hours later I took some more when it started to come back
the methadone came back too, which it does this once in a while
I used to call it the methadone rollercoaster, you feel great then the feeling seems to disappear the comes back to a lesser extent
but I felt ok afterwards
must have been that damn cider
by the way, can coming off of opiates cause nasal congestion?

Very possibly. As William Burroughs recounts in his writings (and I paraphrase), everyone has their own "special symptoms". We allergic types can often have runny noses, or possibly, with the mix of drugs you took that night, nasal congestion. This of course will vary from person to person.

Ibuprofen was a good choice for the headache, by the way. I found it an excellent OTC drug for the relief of opiate-induced headaches (still do, as I get them from time to time and acetaminophen does next to nothing for them.) Aspirin can be useful, too.

cocaine and alcohol mixed can create a powerful toxin via metabolic processes. this I just discovered researching on the internet, and after not too much mixing of these two drugs.....my opinion is that the black shit was blood......I also conject that the headache was primarily from the alcohol. at least that is what the dreaded solvent does to my head. I think the mistake was the alcohol, the other drugs I could tolerate. DXM and alchohol really suck together as well.......:eek:

well I've been experimenting with potentiators and ways to lower tolerance
and had got some coke from a trade I did, been playing with that shit recently
but I'll tell you what, I did coke without an opiate only a few times and I'll never do it again lol
