Extract or Resin...what is the best way?

I curently just buy kratom superpowder but i always see 15x extract and all that shit...what is your favorite form of kratom?

is the resin good?

also...what are your opinions on iamshaman? Is it a reputable vendor?

This has been gone over a million times, you should really use the search next time before posting a new thread. But I'm feeling generouse so I'll answr anyways. I go w/ bulk leaf and grind it myself. I've gotten some stuff from iamshaman and wasnt really impressed but that could have been the nature of the product in general. They send you what you order though. I've tried variouse strength resins and never had much luck. Just buy bulk leaf, powder and gell cap in the 00 size. I use about 10 grams this way but I wouldnt suggests that dose, its just what I need to keep WD at bay...

Thanks man...yeah im sure it has gone over a lot...im sorry. I guess the search wouldve been a good idea. The stuff im getting from iamshaman...seems to be working well. What is the best place that youve found to get it?

neither. regular leaves. and i've never used shaman i've heard they're ok. i use phytoextractum.com (http://www.phytoextractum.com) because that's where i get my danshen and i save on shipping. plus they have good quality across the board IMO.

and mods or i will delete this thread because its been done several times. no problem you're still learning which is fine.
