Just had a 2-week run of clenbuterol, strictly 20mg (1 tablet) per day.
No more exercise than usual (which is very minimal).
For the first few days it seemed to have a very mild anorexic effect and then I simply noticed I wasn't OVERLY hungry but my hunger was still healthy.

Weight fluctuated from 235 lbs. at start to just under 225 lbs. now.

Interesting to try this stuff for some FAST weight loss. But apparently over doing it causes you to bounce back hard and gain a ton of weight. Well not a ton, but get fatter.

Anyhow. Yeah, this stuff works on a short-term basis. Keep it in mind if you need to lose an inch for a suit to fit comfortably before a business trip.

Oh, no negative side effects noted...and I don't think 2 weeks of low doses will harden my arteries.

i think you mean 20mcg... 20mg would give you a heart attack. clen should be tapered up from 20mcg to about 100mcg.. 2 weeks on 2 weeks off... supplement with LOTS OF TAURINE while you are taking this stuff.

i would suggest more research before you get into things like clen, t3, ect...

I wouldn't recommend what you're doing. You don't need a steroid to help you exercise and lose weight...and that shit isn't good for you...your body becomes adapted to have that drug in order to do the minimal amount of exercise...not giving the the lecture, you know what's good and whats not.

Just be careful if you are going to continue no matter what. Research, research, and research some more...always do your homework on these drugs before you commit to make a habit out of them.

Do you have any PDR's? That's always the best place to look first and for overall general information...Good luck and think long and hard before you start "doing" steroids if that's what yu're contemplating, maybe I misunderstood...but that's what I got from your words and grammar.
