First IV Experience

Hey all, just thought I'd post up my first ever IV experience, had to post it somewhere so here I am! Anyways, Im not unfamiliar with opiates by any means. Ive done em all just about but I never went the IV route. I slammed 2- 4mg dillies (relatively average-small dose for me) and boy oh boy, THAT KICKED THE PANTS OFF OF INGESTING!! It kicked ass compared to insufflating as well. As far as IV'ing goes, how do these compare to black tar or Oxy's? The high was much shorter than ingestion which was a bummer. But this is definately a much better use of my dilaudid prescription from now on. I had trouble drawing the fluid into the syringe, I attempted to draw it through a cotton ball but I lost a substantial amount inside the cotton I could not retrieve. As I said, Im totally new to this so any suggestions would be much appreciated.

I haven't touched a filter in months,but i was a 6 shots a day addict for 20 years and trust me I know what I'm talking about.If you start shooting junk you're on your way to a bad place.

For me Morphine lasts the longest, H a little less, and D last as long as the rush, then done.

Well I am certainly familiar with what opiate withdrawal is like. So far, the most intense experience I have had with opiates has been with a personal recipe in preparing some VERY hard-hitting poppy tea. (shit lasts more than 8 hours!) Physical withdrawal is over in a few weeks, Its the psychological withdrawal that keeps ya coming back, am I right here? Meth I found was the REAL DEAL when it came to addiction, especially from a psychological standpoint. Hey thanks for that break down on relative opiate strength and their durations. Anyways...... I had trouble shooting those damn dillies AGAIN! I used 75 of water in a syringe with 3 finely crushed 4mg Dillies. I couldnt even draw the fluid into the syringe, there was too much white debris and chunks. I ended up eating the entire cotton ball. Any suggestions would be very much appreciated here. I loved that damn rush! Thanks for your time guys :)

This is just my two cents worth,, but 75 units of water of 3 K4's is nowhere near enough. As for using half a cotton ball... thats waaaaaaaaaay too much, dude. You only need a lil bit from the end of a qtip... NOT all of it off one end.. thats way too much. As for the "chunks," I am guessing you prolly didn't crush them fine enough (I know you said you did, but theres no such thing as crushing too much, you know?) AND you definitely didn't use enough water.

I generally use about 60 units per...Crush that fucker up, grab a tiny wad of cotton.. about the size of a BB, maybe a tiny bit bigger. Add AT LEAST a half cc per pill, heat it till it starts to break down, but NOT BOILING! I generally stir it just a bit, toss in the cotton, and it draws right up. I think you know what to do from there. Am i right?

I know there is some controversy over cooking versus not cooking them, but in my experience, the generic Mallies break down real nice when done as described above. I always end up with the generics cause Medicare won't pay for the real deal, and I'm a poor bastard LOL.

Ok, thanks for the tip. I think that was the main problem, not using enough water that is. Ill give it another go tomorrow morning and report back on experience. Any more suggestions would be helpful too.

yeah dillies have a good rush, oc and heroin and morphine don't have quite as intense of a rush - well heroin has a fucking good rush but its different -

what do the dillies look like? are they the little yellow ones with k and 4?

The first 2 times I had them prescribed they were really small yellow pills at 2mg a piece. This time around the doctor prescribed 4mg dillies for some reason and I ended up getting the generic ones. They are substantially larger, round tablets, white in color, with an M on one side, and a 4 on the other. What about a subcutaneous or an Intramuscular injection? Ive read that some people prefer this, Whats this like and how long does the high last this way? I know these questions might sound simple but I am new to the whole needle thing so bear with me folks :)

Were they yellow with a K on one side? You had the REAL deal. Knolls. Much better than the generic Mallinckrodts. But I can't afford brand name shit, I'm a broke junky.
I don't cook my K4's. I never have, I'm too impatient. I swallow what's left in the spoon.;)

Hydromorphone is a lot more potent when IVd as opposed to swallowing or snorting. If it takes 8mg snorting, you'd probably be good to go with two to four IVd. In other words if you shoot the highest dose that you can take orally it would be much easier to OD. So using a big piece of cotton from a cotton ball might have kept you from getting nauseous or worse by trapping a bunch of solution in the ball. Qtips do work a lot better for two reasons- they are small enough that it is easy to suck them dry and they are tighter than a cotton ball so I would guess that they filter a little better

Well I appreciate everybody's concern here, good looking out. Before I ever experiment with a drug, I thoroughly educate myself with the dangers, individual potentials, and risks each drug carries. I have a tremendous amount of self discipline and have learned a lot through experience with various drugs starting from a very young age. I am VERY familiar with opiates, I love em. They can be an invaluable tool in life when used in the fashion I have grown accustomed to. I have just never tried the IV route. I do know its a whole different beast, but I refuse to let myself get out of control. I have felt the full force of what an opiate withdrawal is like.......AND HOLY SHIT I will unlikely put myself in that situation ever again. These dillies are great they are just too damn short!!! :(

Yep, I love'em too. I don't know, maybe "love" aint' the best word for it. Kind of like a really beautiful, really treacherous old lady, or something...Can't live with'em, damn sure can't do without. Those of us who have paid severe dues, just feel we'ed be remiss we didn't warn u that this shit takes more than it gives...but on the other hand, I'm sure there were people warning me off, and I knew better, or I just liked the high, or I thought I could keep it under control...I don't know...I'm not the sanest person, when it comes to opiates, the shit I've thrown away, unbeliveable...on the other hand...*nothing* else ever made me feel so good...

Just to clarify what I posted earlier, when I referred to a nasty "meth" addiction, I meant methamphetamines not methadone.. Just in case this caused any confusion. I used that crap for 2 full years every single day..... talk about something that takes more than it gives!!!!! Anyway, I decided to quit one day and I did, just like that. No rehab, no nothin. My rationalization now, is that if I can kick meth that successfully, then I could kick anything. (granted I have the misfortune to fall into another cycle of addiction) Heroin and its other opiate relatives suddenly do not seem like a "HARD" drug by any means. Infact it is one of the "softest" drugs in regards to its effects. But my philosophy of drugs is like that of the ocean, as beautiful as it may be, never underestimate or turn you back on it.

See man thats hardcore..... Even on my worst days into my methamphetamine addiction, I wasnt even near that level of destruction. Its not that I didnt have access to it, that shit was around ALL the time. My responsibilities to my work and my friends (all non users) came first and foremost. I think its more than possible to frequent the opiates via a needle without losing oneself completely. But most of you guys here are incredibly experienced and more than likely know things that I dont when it comes to IV opiate addiction. Thanks again for your concern though.

Yes, you should.

You don't 'need' to cook either pill (whether it helps or not is up for you to decide). At least I never did, and I did them for a while.

The white ones must be filtered though. Crush, filter through small piece of cotton in spoon, don't stick needle in cotton, but gently press on top and draw...

Clean your rigs and throw them out! And of course don't share.

Anyway the yellow ones are the shit (but be sure you know what you've got) because you just crush in a straw, throw in the back of the rig, draw water, and pop.

Of course this wouldn't be the medically-approved way of doing dope (as if medicine would approve!). I'll probably have a heart valve clogged or some shit. Fucking shit.
