Clean 5 days time to get high?

The last two months I have been using subs and detoxing for a couple weeks, then relapseing and repeating process. Today is my 5th day off of oxy, I havnt taken any subs in 2 days I feel alright mild wds, noithing major..but here I go again got up at 6am thinking about getting high, I have 3 80mg OCS sitting on the nightstand next to me, urgghh talk me down! SO i am debating about getting a nod, or taking a 1mg or sub or so to take m mind of getting high...urghhhh..I know I just will not get high one day, if I get high today back to the cycle of taking pills everyday again..

No one can really tell you what to do. That is your own choice. If you are looking for support on staying clean then your best bet may be to go to a detox forum where they are plenty people just like you. Don't get me wrong, there are many us here that are also detoxing, but most not by choice, but there are some. You should search through the forums on subs that may help you. I cannot speak for anyone but myself for me temptation always gets the best of me! Goodluck and welcome.:D

if it was me, id take the oc and try to chip for a while. if you are wanting to get high it is a losing battle trying to resist drugs right in front of you. sorry for saying that but i aint gonna bullshit you

its simple for me to say this, if you're trying to stay clean, don't do them. if you weren't this wouldn't be a dilemma. but i will say if you don't do them and don't think you should, you ought to get rid of them because this problem is going to be in the front of your mind until something changes.

as i said, easier said than done. but you know what to do or you wouldn't be on a junky website looking for validation as to what to do with OC

I was in your position just last week. I had been clean 13 days - found 6 roxi's did three and have been high every day since. You can do the pills but the fact is you will be looking for more tomorrow. It's a double edged sword. Get high today and spend tomorrow looking for pills or take the sub and know you can always get high on sunday

Yeah I would have to say if you have the pills just do them and get them out of your way and go back on subs and do not buy or get anymore if you can handle that. If it is my face I would just do it and not
worry about it. The choice is up to you my friend! ;)

Take the subs and leave the OC for a rainy day. Swim wishes she could get some subs and take a few days off from the game. It's getting old

It is not worth torturing yourself. I do the same thing myself, but I am just now finally realizing that it is nothing but detrimental to try to hod out, when you know your jones will get the best of you. Also, dont beat yourself up if you do give in to temptation. I have suffered some pretty bad depression and loss of self-worth by telling myself I am weak or worthless due to giving in to temptation. When you really want to quit, and you will know when you are ready, and not just lying to yourself, you will know you have made the right decision. But, like I said, dont think ill of yourself for giving in, it will only cause you pain. Godspeed.
