Tolerance

Generally speaking, how long does it take for tolerance to reduce significantly?
I generally only use one day a week (usually on the same day) but my dosage has been increasing for a while. When I've not used for a few weeks there seems to be little reduction in tolerance. I always take a lower dose when I resume use though. One thought is that I just haven't settled on my "ideal dose" yet. :confused:

Generally speaking, I don't think there is any "generally speaking". There are just too many variables... nobody can give you a real firm answer to this question, sorry.

An example from my own life: I didn't use for over a year, and when I did use again I thought for sure my tolerance would have dropped a whole lot - it didn't. :( Then again, that year I'd also gained quite a bit of weight, plus, the quality of the stuff I was using may have dropped... who knows? That's just the way it goes sometimes.
