Depends on what you consider an OD. Really an OD is any dose that is high enough to cause adverse reactions, that's the lowest rung of the ladder, then there are some people that think of the term as synonymous with death. I think an OD starts somewhere in between those two extremes and then on up.

I have certainly OD'ed with it before... nothing too horrible though. It seem's like a hard thing to do with coke with the short duration and how you can just keep going and going doing more and more without any negative effects but it is possible. People have died from Cocaine overdoses before, it's not unheard of. And it get's alot easier to do too much to fast when you start IV'ing it or cooking super pure freebase. I used to have a bad coke problem and it seem's like whenever you do way too much your body temp was the first to rise then the pounding heart (pounds so hard and fast that it hurts), sometimes vomit but usually only if you have just liquids in you, then splitting headache and something similar to the alcohol spins vertigo but different, and cold sweats... that's the worst I have had and looking over the list it doesn't look too bad but when your in it it's shitty... don't last long though.

I think I did before, I was so ill I kept vomiting and ever time I tried to move away from the toilet I would vomit again. Stayed kneeled in front of the toilet motionless for 4 hours, I think I vomited 15 times the night. I had just started taking a SSRI and think I had serotonin syndrome. I've had a few nights like this but the worst was 2 8balls and a seroquil. I totally should have died that night but I guess I made it to the E.R. in time. I know what you mean about the spins and vertigo. Getting to that point used to actually be the goal I had when I did coke. Have to crawl into a cold shower to get the hyperthermia under control and lay there in the bottom of the shower cuz you can't really stand too well. So I know that would technically be overdosage. Luckily for me , I backed off a little.

Any OD stories about what happened (seizure, etc. . .) and what caused it (coke, rock, needles. . .) and amounts would be interesting.

EVERY TIME I have some coke after a long hiatus, I get nauseated, VERY sweaty, and nearly pass out after the first use ... the last time I did it I wised up and used only one line, but even then I was hanging my head over the toilet for half an hour (I never threw up on it though). My face also gets very pale. The amount of sweat that appears under my arms is pathetic.

One time I did a few lines after not having it for over a month, out in the car in front of my mom's house, went inside and it hit BIG. I had to lie down and fight the nausea and my mom was very concerned, as was I. When she finally asked me what I thought could've caused this I had started to feel a little better so I said I'd eaten some bad pizza :D

Next time (if there is one), I'll BUMP like I've taught myself to do with all other things. Hopefully it won't be as bad then. Once I get going I can bang a few lines and not feel anything but happy; I've never been sick even after sharing an 8-ball with my best friend over a period of 2 days. Of course I do weigh a hefty 240 ...

It got to the point where everytime I would shoot coke (everyday till I stopped) I would have seizures. My friend did 1/8 (half of 1/4) of a gram while driving and started seizing out and totalled his car.

Wow! I can hardly imagine.

When I smoke now it's never more than 4 rocks total. And that lasts me 4 hours. I don't like the feeling of getting too high. Plus when I smoke slowly I don't launch myself into compulsive mode. I used to have a $200 a day habit, and I was always fiending for more. If I stick to $40, I can enjoy it but I can also walk away when it's over.

And it's funny how many people mentioned feeling sick from reading this thread. I immediately got that nervous stomach that I get whenever I think about buying some rock. Interesting.

Honestly, I don't know how I do it either because I was scared for awhile there. I used every day for 4 months, and damn near 24 hours a day. Yesterday I bought three small stones, smoked them and then went back to real life. I had to find a way to handle it better.

It's causing a huge riff in my relationship with SO. He's been smoking for 17 years and he's pretty far gone. He got me hooked last year. He just got out of prison and I knew I wasn't going to go backwards with him. But that also means I can't be around him. Because he always has a ton of that shit, and I'm not so strong that I can just walk away when it's offered. He's floored that I can use so little, so in his paranoid mind I'm smoking somewhere by myself and lying about it. :p

I overdosed on cocaine the second time I tried it. My friend had a coke hookup occasionally and he would sell to this one older guy that was in his 40s or 50s. All I know is the guy liked to buy a half ounce at a time and used it IV. I've gone along one of the times.. the guy is very cool. He hooks us up with some for free every time. Anyway, this one time my friend sold him a half o and the guy gave him a 5 gram rock of blow. My friend called me over and told me he had coke for us to share. I was excited and rushed over. He showed me how much he had and I said this will last us a while. He told me that we were going to do it all that one day. So he starts cutting up lines.. we first have about three lines each. Throughout the day and into the night, we spent the time in his room cutting up lines, smoking weed topped with coke, (I know it's not very efficient this way, but it does work a bit) smoking cigs rolled in coke while we watch TV, listen to music, and talk. By the time we are finished, we knew we had too much. For four hours I sat in his chair hardly speaking or moving. I was completely numb head to toe. I was way over stimulated, my eyes were WIDE open. My heart was racing. I had a terrible headache. I basically felt shitty.. paranoid, anxious, sick...
It was as if I was completely paralyzed. I thought that I might go into a seizure or die.. I knew I had way too much. Eventually it started to die off. If I would of had more or combined it with other drugs or alcohol, I could of done some serious damage to myself or possibly could of died. This is exactly why I don't like using a bunch all at once or all in one day. Using a little each day is WAY better.

I have found when ya feel that feeling comming on walking, inretrospect I laugh now we called it the chicken walk,walking back and forth thru my house would at times stop it.

i had a seizure the first night i tried iv'ing it. i started out doing .1, and it got me high, real high . nothing compared to snorting it. when you iv it you have the urge to dose ever 15 mins or so, so i kept doing about .1 getting me right where i wanted to be, numb as fuck, choo choo trains in my ears along with the waaah waaah waaah's (anyone whos shot it should understand what im saying). then i decieded to do just a little bit bigger one, i put .2 in and did it. and the first 10 seconds i got as high as the last dose but much faster, and it kept coming on and i knew i was in trouble, i leaned up against the coutner to balance myself because i felt like i was about to fall, next thing i know im hugging my chest on the floor flopping and kicking. my heart felt like it was grabbed and squeezed. i thought i was gonna die.

This thread is killing me and I haven't shot coke in 15 years. I had to stop because it had me crazy.
I had a 300 - 400 a day coke and dope habit. I remember in the Peblo del rio projects in LA they used
to sell 5 ballons for a hundred in the 80's and you would get about a gram of coke for 20 bucks that was
my order 3 or four times a day. I had a really good hustle that allowed me the means to afford it.

I want to thank beggin ass Tex whereever you are as you saved my life. I was in an apartment in
the projects cooking up in the bath room I was sick as a dog and Tex was steady begging for a taste.
I dropped two twentys of H and opened the paper of coke and was suprised how big and good it looked.
I said ah what the hell and dropped the whole paper of coke in the spoon. I was intending to shot it
all as that the kind of habit I had at that time. All I had was a one cc syringe and I drew up until i had 95
in the rig and there was still about a thirty left. So I said Tex give me your rig. I drew him up and he hit
before me, as I registered I could hear him saying "this shit is fire" I registered and ran the whole thing.

Now why did I do that, I could hear the church bells ringing and my vision started to go out. I could not even pull the rig out. as I was stuck. I just knew that I had brought the farm. I was soaked in sweat, dreanched, Tex saw how bad I was and started throwing cold water on me. In about 15 minutes I came
around. The first thing I said to Tex was dam that was the bomb go get me another. That is insanity at it's highest level. I still get that yearning but would not touch it for a million dollars.

SWIM has yet to OD because the 'coke' that most people take is far from coke. Diet Coke is an apt term. It gets cut over and over and by the time it reaches most of your hands there is very little coke in the coke.

Back in the day when I would do 7g of uncut blow in one night (we'll assume that was long enough ago past the statute of limitation) I used to get real hot and sweat a lot. My heart would start racing and I'd feel as though I couldn't breathe well. I'd get so scared that I'd start praying (and I'm not religious) Dear God get me through this and I'll clean up my act and never do this again. Oh yeah, I think I went through that experience with drinking too a couple of times. End result: cocaine is no longer my DoC because using it = one glorified anxiety episode and alcohol just pales in comparison to opiates. (past any statute of lim.) when it wasn't uncommon for me to rip through 7g of blow a day (at min. 2-3 times per week sometimes MORE)... there were a few times where I would break out in profuse sweats, my body would heat up like it had a fever of 103-104, my heart would beat almost right out of my chest and I'd start shaking as if I just downed 10 cups of coffee back-to-back. I felt like I was WELL on the way to having a seizure; I'm lucky to still be alive with all the shit I did to myself. It was shortly after that I discovered if I moderated my portions and either had some booze or benzos by my side I could control the anxiety and/or adverse physical reaction. One time it was soooooo bad I almost considered going to the ER but I was too scared to call 911 or drive myself.

I think part of the problem was that I was doing MUCH TOO MUCH and the other part of the problem was the shit it was cut with... I definitely can't tolerate lactose and I think over time my body developed an allergy to nasatol. The dealers would always assure me "don't worry man, it's straight up shit—it's fishscale yo!"

Sure fucker. Tell that to my stomach which wants to make me yack in the worst way from the drip. I was never a basehead or into smoking ready rock. Just wasn't my thing. I could do one hit and after that I just started turning into a fucking PSYCHO especially if I was drinking too.

It's funny how eventually it became nothing but paranoia—so that's what enabled me to stop. It just was NO FUN. Plus, by that point, I'd much rather have devoted whatever disposable cash I had available toward the purchase and consumption of all things opiate-related including but not limited to ye olde H.

Pure blow is safer then the shit they call blow these days.....pure is almost mellow.....the garbage of these times is so cut with speed it is not funny...hence the WOW my heart is going to burst.

I think I did the first time I tried it...I was at a party and this guy brought some, I'd never tried it so really didn't know what to expect. Anyways, there was 4 of us in a room and he pulled out a bag and dumped everything he had on a giant mirror, cut it in to 4 HUGE lines and since I was the only one that threw him some cash for his hospitality, he let me go first.

So, not knowing how much to do, I grabbed a Bic pen and railed the whole line. The guys turned back around and saw me finishing up. The dude that brought it said, "Holy shit dude, you did that WHOLE line in one shot up one nostril??? You're crazy!"

So those guys broke their lines up into like, 6 or 7 doses. Apparently I did a little more than a half gram of some really pure shit. I got fucking hot flashes, I was running around, totally freaking out, shaking, damn near convulsing. I ran outside and laid down on the couch outside, stripped to my boxers because I was so hot, and was sweating so much I had soaked all my clothes (mind you it was about 40 degrees outside).

The rest is a blur, but I do remember waking up the next day and being more paranoid about nothing more than I ever have been in my life.

Needless to say, a really crappy first experience...but a few years later I learned to like it, especially while boozing it.

Overdosing on coke shows what you coke is really like and let me tell you.. it's fucking scary..

The first time I OD'd I was just sitting around on the laptop.. Had been sniffing some decent sized rails for at least 4-5 hrs or so.. It started out probably every hour or so.. then every 45 minutes.. and they just kept getting closer and closer together until eventually it was every 10-15 minutes.. After the last one I took my eyeballs started rolling around in the back of my head and I had no control over it.. It passed but it scared the shit out of me..

The second time was when I got pulled over riding as a passenger in a buddy's car.. swallowed a gram that hadn't even been dipped into yet so I wouldn't get charged with it.. So, of course they ransacked his whip since had other traffic offenses he didn't go to court for.. and found some coke he had too.. bacon grease puts me in the back of the cruiser and asked me whose dope it was.. I read him my rights.. so he told me we were both getting charged with it then.. anyway, once I got to court I could feel it kicking in.. kept drinking a bunch of water from the water fountain.. On the way to the pen it =really= hit me.. Heart was beating so hard/fast/erratic that it sounded like someone was pounding on a door.. I thought my heart was going to explode and I was going to die right then.. Hyperventilating and shit.. Cop looked at me in the rear view like wtf.. So I get to the medical intake and the nurse takes my blood pressure.. it's like 170/something.. so of course she asked me if I had used anything and I said no.. I just kept getting up out of the holding cell and hitting up the water fountain.. You should see my mugshot from that night.. eyes right wide open *g33ked!*.. I stayed up all night and didn't get any sleep until the next morning after breakfast..

this is pretty fucked up, but I saw a friend take one last gasping breath and had a heart attack in front of all of us one night from smoking rediculous amounts of crack all day... one of the scariest things I have seen. My friend applied CPR and revived him right away and the guy was super embarrased and scared...needless to say he started smoking more and we all left because it was scary and who knows what else might happen---he gets violent also.

I started reading this thread an hour ago, made about half way through it, and had to close the screen the urge to buy a bag of powder and put it in a needle got so strong. Hands started sweating, stomach tightened up
