It's about a year to the day the last time I was in downtown Portland, scoring at the Crown. Anyone been there? Right down burnside, you'll see a dumpy ass painted-brown bar that has some apt's up above (claim to be hotel rooms, and they almost are, with the turnover rate.)

It's almost like Portland's red light heroin district. You'll see the gold and silver cars cruising up and down underneath the bridge all day and night, but rarely will a person see anyone being fucked with at the Crown. I think the cops are probably scared.

The last time I was there, at the crown, these black dudes MADE me shoot in front of them, I wasn't at all prepared for that, but I was just coming back in and looked pretty healthy and square. i guess i don't blame them, but bi11i has never been as afraid as he was that day. at least the dope was good, and i wasn't anally raped or anything.

i wonder where those guys are at now? in prision? outside freezing their asses? who knows.....

I have similar tales to tell of Cabramatta, in Sydney's west. Only mostly it was Vietnamese teenagers selling, and as soon as they saw my trackmarks (I'm a pale white girl who looks healthy, but takes ages to heal - so trackies are visible for ages) they were cool.

*Sigh* Oh MAN that was good gear, though. Good gear, good prices, no waiting...

Still, the last time I was there was probably nearly eight years ago. Time flies... it seems like only yesterday.
