seems not much better than the standard fent patch- crack it open and smoke the gel... It's got about 4mg of fent in it- less than a 50ug/hr patch but more than the 25ug.

Good find, it's a really cool product, would be cool to wear one at work, counting down the 80 activations till it's empty, but I'd rather have a 100ug/hr patch. Sorry.

they're for people that are hospitalized. doctors are supposed to switch them to something else like the duragesic patches when the patient is going to be leaving. so you'll only find these on the streets if they've been stolen from a hospital.

WRONG...they are prescribed by doctors for people all the time! Most pharmacies carry them and they are by no means a "hospital only" opiate! Where did you get this information?

yeah I'm wrong on that one I think. the only time I've heard of it before was in hospitals and the website said "IONSYS should only be used for the treatment of hospitalized patients. Treatment with IONSYS should be discontinued before patients are discharged from the hospital."
