How many Palladone SR 8mg would be similar to 3MSTcontin twice a day(60mg)
And if someone knows is SR 8mg = to 8mg of IR(instant),oral, hydromorphone(lets say Palladone SR vs Dilaudid.

look up "narcotic equivalency calculator" on google. bookmark the page, you'll use it a lot.
Palladone is off the market in the US. But your question is pretty simple- yes, there is the same amount of dilaudid in both pills. Do you understand what SR means? If so, your question doesn't make much sense, you answered yourself in your own question: 8mg = to 8mg - no shit!

they're the same. one is released over a period of hours (usually 12) and the other is released immediately. but they are both hydromorphone. Like tm said, Palladone is off the market in the US because it was found that if the med was taken with alcohol, the entire amount of hydromorphone was released at once. That could be fatal considering there was a 36mg capsule.
