I just took a test drive with a dude with a pulsating, veiny growth on his neck. Spherical. Does anyone know what this is? Could it explode and get goop on me? Should I stand clear in case it blows? Should I stick it with a pin to diffuse the pressure? It looked like it was about to pop.
