Naloxone Extraction????

Naloxone is a bitch. They put it in certain pain medications to prevent IV use. I have access to Talwins, however they contain Naloxone. Has anyone got an extraction method to remove the Naloxone from precription meds?

As far as I can remember I don't think you can do that (bare with me right now, I'm high to the point I'm seeing things)....
maybe if you can find something Nalaxone isn't absorbed into when you mix the Talwins with it maybe? Doesn't really seem like it'd be worth it in the end though Talwinsjust aren't worth the trouble IMO
