Nasal Question

swim has been sniffin H every day for a little while and her nose is fucked. All kind of werid crusts stuck to the inside, bleeding and hurts like hell. swim already has a hole the diameter of a cigarette in her nose from a previous coke issue in high school. what kind of permenant damage could swim be looking at? Any suggestions and or comments?

SWIM used to snort a lot of meth a long time ago and SWIM developed a perpetual sniff that has persisted for a long time. It's really annoying because SWIM sniffs all the time now and sounds like he is always snorting something. He even had a CT scan for something unrelated and there has been a cyst which has developed in his sinuses (could be the cause?). Anyways seems like the more you do it the worse off you will get. I had other friends in the past that never seemed to have any problems from snorting things. People are always asking swim why he sniffs all the time he has to make a conscious effort not to do it too often. :o

I'm sorry BB but there's just no easy answer for your nose problem. You CAN smoke H if you don't want to start shooting it. Try it and see...

hmm...the h dries out swims nasal cavities but before it her nose used to drip whenever she tilted her head down....pretty disgusting...durring a breif stint in NA when they would bow to say the thing at the end my nose would be running, snot dripping out of it, but since we had to hold hands i couldnt wipe it

IMO it's the cut. But yeah, like DD said, now u got hard choices. You'll be sorry if your nose gets destroyed or disfigured...on the other hand, shooting up dope takes u on a whole other merry-go-round. I guess, depending on your situation, you could aim more for pharmaceuticals u could eat...but again, tough deal.

Yeap, quit sniffin! Dope has always been hell on my nose, much worse than blow. I've been having some nasal probs too lately that I made a thread about a week or two ago. My nose now makes a fucked up sound when I sniff really hard, and when I breath really hard. I quit sniffin dope for now though, i promised myself no more till new years :P like i've told u many times, try smoking smoke, it's not bad! I pretty much only smoke my dope!! It's much more euphoric and intense to me, the only way to go if u don't shoot if u have some good dope! I say stop sniffing altogether for a while...

Use lots of saline mist and other stuff that people here have recommended for similar problems. Long term, there aren't any healthy ways to ingest drugs really. Smoking is bad for your lungs and throat, sniffing is hard on your nose, shooting is good for a while til it fucks up your veins, etc.
Choose the one that is the least important to you I guess would be the only advice I could give.

I know my nose is fucked and probably always will be. Such is life, y'know?

HAHA, I went to the dentist like 2 days ago and they cleaned them, shiney as can be again though :D that cracks me up though, I can picture some junkie with a razor blade scraping his teeth... ughghgh! Sniffing H isnt the best for the nose. I think especially black tar, when sniffed, does damage. We only get powedered base here. I snort this since several years and dont have too many problems.

But it really depends on the cuts in the dope if it does harm. IVing will help your nose but has other disadvantages.

You can help your nose by using a nose washer. Add some salt to the water and let it run through your nose. You can also fill your nose with water, then hold the nostrils close and shale your head around. This way it also cleans the cavings in the forehaed and the sides. But only do this after you cleaned the main nose, so you dont wash all the junk into the caves.

Smoking heroin is another option which is very high yielding when you do it right. But then again... you will see how fast the tube gets clogged from smoking (3 smokes and you already have a nice smoke just from the residues in the tube)... I dont want to know how the lungs look after smoking some years...

Maybe it is best to change the routes regularly...

Dope never really bohered my nose but pills eventually "collapsed" my left nostril. I havnt snorted much in years, just the occasional oc 40/80, like once every couple months, but the last few days I've been snorting K, and it hasnt tacken long for that left nostril to get all fucked up again. Even though I hadnt put anything in it I could breathe in real quick through my nose only to have it close up. Eventually I started shooting, mostly to give my nose a temporary brake. I never went back, not that It hasnt been a great back up when I dont have a rig and I'm sick NOW, but I really would rather have a big whole in the center of my face than the habit have from bootin now. Try hot railing your dope aka snorting it in liquid form.

Well, you can crush or leave as lil clumps(someones dope is clumpy like stuff when mashed together in the stamp). I always just kinda let it pour out of the stamp as is, but if it clumps in one huge lil piece i'll kinda rub it around the foil with knife or something till it's more broken up, doesn't matter though..
Powdered dope is VERY smokable, hell, it's pretty much the only way I use mine! Especially seeing as my nose has also been fucking over lately. When it starts melting just start tilting back and forth chasing the dope the runs back n forth, if you didn't already know... and on my tube I make a cone shape to direct all vapors into the tube... and don't like hold the flame on one spot for a while, kinda gently heat it. You should really have your dealer or someone you do dope with show you, it's a lot better than trying to get it right from reading text. Want me to try n explain anything better, or did someone else done cover it; you know how to get ahold of me. Chasing dope is a good deal stronger than sniffin too, once you get the hang of it and know how to not waist it you might be able to get more bang for your buck too!

and from MY exp, killer dope burns like HELL when sniffed, I don't know if it does much damage but god does killer dope not burn! It's nothing unbearable really but god will it burn if it's purish dope! Thats from my exp anyway. The weaker cut street dope downtown doesn't rlly burn at all when sniffed, i mean aside from the burn you'll get snorting anything like that, but when i try n sniff the good, just damn! Sure this is smokable.Best to crush it,but it's not essential.Place powder on foil and heat the otherside of the foil the powder will turn into a blck bead of liquid inhale the smoke.When you stop heating the liquid will set.Keep smoking till the last of the liquid burns out.

Yes, thats heroin base. Just put it on foil, heat it and thats it. Dont forget to breath in the smoke :D

You dont need to crush it. In oposite to nick I would say that actually its easier to keep the rocks cause then you have it all on one spot. But of course dope is different everyawhere and maybe there is a powder dope that works better when crushed.

One reason for crushing dope, that I can think of, is that some cuts might form pockets, like fentanyl. By crushing the dope you mix it again and have all the same strength. But over here, the stuff is only cut with manitol in most of the cases, sometimes they have pills in it, but that very rare....

I've tried smocking dope a few times, It worked but not great. I always ended up saying fuck it and dissolving the half smoked dope and bangin it. I guess I'm impatient.

I dont agree at all. I always get a better high from snorting. Think it depends on the dope. East vs. West.
