Yeah it's like "the" opiate on drug tests. Reason being that a lot of opiates metabolize to morphine in the body, so the presence of morphine indicates opiate usage if not morphine itself. The other reason is that morphine is a basic opiate, meaning it comes directly from the poppy--a natural alkaloid and from morph, many other opiates are synthesized. Take codeines for example. They have to be converted to morphine in the liver before your body can use it. There are many other examples of this, too numerous to list.

But, yes, you will come up positive on a drug test.

Morphine shows up as morphine on a test and heroin shows up as heroin so u can take H and tell them ur taking morphine for pain and they can tell which opiate you have taken and its usually in ur system for 3-5 days. (Depends on a lot of factors as how much u take how frequently u drink liquids etc.) I'd drink as much liquids as possible and give it at least 3 days, I did the same and gave it 5 and it did not show)
