I need some help!!!

I need to know if i am wasting these fent patches? I am on methadone maint. now sometimes i would eat like 2-3 suckers and not feel a thing? But then sometimes i do? what is goin on? Usually i eat the patch, 50mcg and still dont feel anything but now i got a hold of some 100's. I just want to know if its a waste? i was thinking not taking my dose and replacing it with the fent? I tried shooting it but i couldnt figure it out? I must have been doin something wrong i coulndt get it in the needle. I thought that way maybe i would feel it. I will stop getting them then if im wasting my money, ya know. They are just so cheap i cant resist.

if you can get cheap fent patches, stock up in case you have to travel away from your clinic. Other than that, you can smoke it (some people -ike- love it, some don't) or eat it. You can't fix it because Janssen didn't want you to die. Fent isn't to be taken lightly. It's not forgiving like oxycodone or morphine- you do to much, you stop breathing, period. And for someone on m-done maint, the lethal dose could be as little as 50% more than the recreational dose. Not enough margin of error there for me.

BUT- if you can manage to set a few aside, it makes travelling/vacations a million times easier than finding a clinic to guest dose at. Fook all that when you got stickers. Don't kill yerself tryin to fix fent. I've also heard (anecdotally) that the gel is pretty fukin bad for you to eat, sublingual, or fix.

Are you sure these are the real thing? How much methadone are you on?

You should be able to feel them (at least 2 50's) when you eat them. I wouldn't bother smoking them, and for sure don't shoot them.

Sweetdreams, did you mean that you eat the whole patch at once? Cause a 50μg patch contains a total of around 5milligrams of fentanyl which is whopping. tm420tm said it right. Fent is not a toy. Depending on how much methadone you are taking, the 100 mike patch could be too much. Tm said you can smoke it; I've had luck with that by taking a dab (a bit smaller than a matchhead) and doing the foil trick, but in regards to banging it, Jannsen (sp?) did this on purpose. Don't waste your patch. It will not inject.

Shit, be very careful whatever you do cause it's very easy to overdo it with this drug in particular and are you eating the jelly inside as in swallowing it? Cause if that's the case and you are not feeling anything, you could try it sublingually (take the amount of jelly you are used to and just put it under your tongue and hold it there for like 15 minutes or so till it absorbs and believe me it's quick!!, or even bucally (take a Q tip, take the cotton off, roll this cotton in the Fent jelly and put the cotton/fent ball in the side of your cheek in the back of your mouth near your molar.(between the gum of your back molar and you cheek much in the same fashion you would if you used tobacco like Skoal, Kodiak whatever) Hold it there for about a half hour, and let it dissolve this way. That'll definitely be quicker than just "eating" it, but other than that, there's not really much else you can do with it. And keep in mind that after a few days of Fent, your tolerance to regular narcotics (not super potency opiates like fent, etorphine etc.) will skyrocket. Good luck and be safe.

How could they not be real? They are in the seal! I was very afraid after i read what you guys wrote due to the fact that my dumb ass boyfriend took 2 100mcg and he said he didnt feel a thing?? Now i wasnt with him so he could have been high as a kite. who knows? But I honestly know that when i take a 50 one i dont feel anything AT ALL!! I was gonna try and smoke just a little bit maybe? I dont know. not alot. and i do get them pretty cheap so i keep them well stocked.(if i can) SO i think my man is trying to chase something that he just isnt gonna get. that is what i think. He is expecting too much from these patches. thanks for the advice
