Best administration of Fentanyl patches w/ tolerance... [Archive]

SWIM has a tolerance enough that he snorts about 4x80mg oxy/day to get high...one gives him a little nod but not much. He was switched today to 75mike fent patches and was asking me to find out for him the best route of administration to get a good nod from these patches. Sorry, I'm pressed for time for the next little while or I'd search more...thanks in advance!

You can also smoke tiny pinhead sized globs just like it's tar h. Please utmfse like s-lo said. Don't want to be rude, but this is in the top 3 most beaten dead horses around here.
