this is probably a stupid question, no, i know for a fact it is but I'm gonna ask anyway (please, don't flame me, for i am a sensitive flower), is there anyway to make the sandoz fentanyl patches last longer? i go to the Dr. Friday to get my oc's, but i put my last three 50mcg patches on yesterday and after that all I've got is, well, nothing, till friday...am i screwed?

The sandoz kind are gel. After 3 days, there is still gel left in the patches. You can take the 3 patches, and, after three days, wait till you are in w/d's, and poke a pinhole in one of the patches, squeeze some of the remaining gel under your tongue. There should be somewhere around 1mg of fent left in each patch after 3 days. That should be enough to hold you for Thursday and Friday. Just put a little gel under your tongue every time you start to get a little sick. Be careful, this route of administration (roa) is more dangerous than wearing the patches.

People will probably suggest other roa's like smoking or IV, but if stretching it out as long as possible is your goal, the thing to do is sublingual gel. Is 150ug your normal dose or did you take some extras? Scripted or illicit?
