100ug Patch + Dropping Like Flies

Tomorrow, I will be able to get a 100ug fent patch... (Duragesic)

i've had the 25ug patch before, and i wore it for 3 days, got a very mild "buzz" with minimal nod, if at all, then smoked the rest of the gel in pinhead-sized amounts. That worked very nicely :D .

I am aware of the fact that the 100ug patch is the strongest one they make, and I have a few questions regarding this:

1. Can you share the patch with a friend?

I know that may sound gross, but can, say, one person wear the patch for 1.5 days and then another person finish it out for the last 1.5 days... or would it be a waste due to the "kick in" time? Will it even stick the the other person (Duragesic brand)?

2. Will the 100ug patch be TOO strong for me?

My tolerance is about 100mg oral morphine/day or 40mg oxy/day... give or take, depending on availability.


3. If i smoke the residual gel in the patch (pinhead-sized doses) after the 3 days of wearing it, will i die?

I know that it really all depends on my tolerance, the dose of fent, etc.. so maybe that one is not answerable... I'm just worried because people in detroit and other places have been dropping like flies by eating/smoking too much of the patches.


I think maybe I should stick to the good ole Oxy, but at $25 for a 100ug patch... it's just so much cheaper for three days worth of opiation.

I hope this is helpful to you. I used to have a supply of the same patches you are referring to. They were a total of 10.2 mg per patch. That is A LOT of Fentanyl and a great deal for $25!!!

I would cut each patch into 10 equal pieces and chew a piece at a time. I chewed vigorously to get the Fent out. I did not swallow the patches, just chewed them until there was no taste anymore. The effects kick in pretty fast and it's a good way to measure a dose. You really have to chew and suck on the mash.

I LOVED having them while it lasted. I never even attempted to wear one as directed. Be careful with this method. start with only 1-tenth and chew it vigorously for at least an hour before deciding you need any more.

^^^ method only works for the patches w/o gel. I think that PL has the gel kind- so don't use this method if your patch has a gel pouch in it- you'll know what i mean when you look at it- the Janssen and Sandoz brands.

No, it won't stick to someone else after being stuck to you. It's hard enough to get it stuck to you in the first place.

Based on your tolerance, I'd say that 100ug is a lot. Like watch out! You can poke a tiny hole in the back of the patch and squeeze the gel onto foil- start with an almost microscopic amount. Remember- this shit is designed to absorb through your skin, so if you get the gel all over your fingertips you're gonna get fucked up from that, too.

I gave up on fent, I wore a patch for 3 days, kept me out of w/d's, but not much more, even with a heating pad. And I was too worried about OD to drink the gel or smoke it. I'm probably just overly cautious. If the shit is that cheap in your area, you should find an efficient way to use it. Just start off tiny.

Yes, you can take the patch off and put it on someone else, ---- does this all the time with his good friends or vice versa. The patch will not stick, so get some tape out.

it's the same gel that you've had before- if you've dealt with duragesic's in the past, there is just more of the gel

no, you can't share it transdermally, once you pull it off one person, all their dead skin cells stick to it and it is no longer adhesive enough to stay on

Well the 25mcg/hr patches are equivlant to 37-67mg of Oxycodone per day... so... if you're sued to only 40mg of Oxy a day regularly, god, BE CAREFUL MAN!!! BE VERY FKN CAREFUL!

The 100mcg/hr ones are equivlant to 315-404mg of morphine per day and 157.5-202mg of Oxycodone per day! So if you plan on using this patch other than wearing, take those numbers and Multiply by 3 and you have what the fentnayl in it is equivalent to! Thats also in Analgesic effects by the way...

I would be sooo fucking careful with that shit if you can get even half going from an OC40!!

I've never seen or heard of the 100mcg/hr ones having the gel pouch... I've only heard of the ones without the gel pouch that are like a regular patch and isn't gonna be too abusable aside from Oral use. SO I'd ct the patch into 4 pieces, then cut those pieces into 3 pieces, and suck on each till you're 'good'. BE CAREFUL WITH RE-DOSING!!! I'm going to advise against this if you can get good effects from a single OC40 man, but thats just me lol.

Personally, someone only smokes his fent. As wearing them simply doesn't help his pain the LEAST bit, let alone barely keep from being dick(and they wont kick in at all for at least 1.5 days!)! Now god do you get a fkn euphoric rush from smoking too! Someone compares it to IV morphine or regular street dope(NOT KILLER!!! :p). Someone only uses it when his pain hits very bad though, as he would be out and then have to hurt like fuck if he used it to get high. and it TRULY IS a godsend for chronic and other pain!! Someone just gets the 25mcg/hr ones tho, gel of course, Sandoz brand.

So, i don't know what to tell you with such a toler man(u get a good opiated effect from just 40mg oxy, right?). As the 100mcg/hr ones are very dangerous and very strong for someone with that toler! If it's the gel patches though, pour half of the content onto a mirror, let dry(won't take maybe an hour), and use a razor and cut this into LITTLE BITTY ass pecks of gel... like what points of meth would look like... I would suggest making like 15 'point' or hits for every 2.5mg of Fent, and smoking that on foil.. make a bowl shape around your tube too, and suck hard and barely heat it, and you wont be able to see the fent vapors. and I made this post like an hour ago and just came back and forogt where i was going, I'll edit later with good info lol.

Ike, I was under the impression that oxy was 1.5 times stronger than morphine not 2 X as strong? Curious about this.

I always heard Oxy was 1.5-2x as potent as hydrocodone(which I always thought was crap) lol. I dunno about morphine though. I mean, I think you're judging on the mg to mg scale. Which I honestly don't know if thats what they go by, effects at same doses? Also, keep in mind those doses are in anagesisc effects, not recreational effects!

That info came from the pamplets that come with my fentanyl(pakcage insert)... so, hell i guess Google it.
