I have noticed that there are a number of sublingual/subbuccal fentanyl tablets that are either available or very close to being available, specifically the Fentora. It seems to me that since they are designed to break dosn in your mouth that simply adding them to water would release the fent rendering an injectable soloution. I know that this is extremely dangerous and if done should be done with extreme caution. But what do you guys think about this, is it possible or did i miss something?

I definitely wouldn't want to be the first one to try it. I'm sure there are some anti-abuse mechanisms built in, plus the fact that it's probably got all kinds of other stuff in it to make it effervescent and tasty. Might be best to stick with oral on these things. But, I'm sure somebody will try it.
Unless this becomes a tried-and-true method, count me out. Fent is just too dangerous.

I'd imagine ppl would be shooting it with alot fo ease compared to the patches. As ppl already shoot the gel from patches all the time...
and thats supposed to be abd even if you use multiple filters I hear(i wonder if a micron filter would work or if theres sht that dissolves into the water, which i think it does)
.
Nontheless, espect ppl to be slamming these things all the time, unless they put some shit to overule this method of administration. I don't even care, as someone smokes their fent, and wants nothing to do with these and wants to keep his GEL patches! :D
I've never even heard of these sublingual fent tabs cept here on this very baord. Like no docs ever mentioned it me, no friends have, nothing but here lol. Thena gain I don't keep updated on med news lol.
