Am I doing this right?

I've beeen getting the M 4 dilaudids, the little white ones with a M on one side and a 4 on the other. I've been putting about 40 units of water on em, cooking em and bangin em. Sure i can feel em, but am I missing something, I've always heard what a great rush they are,sssure they feel good, but not like a good hit of tar. I've used the search function and not found a decisive answer to my question.

Have you considered that your tolerance might be too high for a 4mg dilaudid to do anything? dillies are about 8x as strong as morphine, so your 4mg=about 32mg of morphine. Would 32mg of morphine do anything to you? This isn't exact, but it's a good guide for dosage. Let us know how it goes. All defective M4 dilaudids may be sent to me for disposal.

Hmm, you have a point there maybe, I can easy take 60mg of morphine or bang a 40 mg oxy. But half a dime of black with git r done too. Maybe I'll double up and see what happens

Doubling might be a little too much (or not enough). Increase your dose slowly- 2 in the arm better than 1 in the ground, etc etc.

Ok I figured it out. My problem was the first time I banged one I had already eaten one and snorted one (cause I was at work). Today I banged one, after not having had any dillies all weekend, and now I see what all the fuss is about:D. However the subsequent hit yielded very little rush compared to the first one. I guess the key is only that first hit of the day is gonna rock you unless the dosage is increased. I guess I'll try 6mg and see what happens, I know it's not gonna be as nice as that first one was today:(

I'd watch it with that man. IV Hydromorphone is in a class of it's own when it comes to tolerance. Nothing will raise your tolerance faster; first it's 4mg, then 6, then 12... pretty soon your knocking back 35-40mg a shot and trying to control it from growing higher. It don't take long with D.

Yeah I'm beginning to see that, that 6mg shot wasn't near as good as that first 4mg shot today. I'm done for today, or I'll end up firing up the rest of my pills and have to go without tomorrow:(. What a shame, that first hit felt so fuckin good. At least I got em pretty cheap $5 each:). Guess I'll drink this 40oz and eat a tuna fish samich and some coleslaw and put the rig away for now.

Dude I been doing them 11 yrs and all ya gota do is w8 2 hrs if ya want the good rush again.O ya one meore thing the 4's suck compared to 8's try an half an eight! its not even the same buzz at all, used to b the same but ever since they went from k to abbot its sucks!

^^^ Both the 4s and the 8s can't hold a candle to the multi-use vials.

Ok I went ahead and did two whole 4's in one hit, now that's a fuckin rush ladies and gentlemen:D:D, actually better than any hit of Black I've done (although I usually do small hits of Black to avoid puking). Luckily my pill dude is outta dillies for a while, or I'd prolly end up spending way more money than I ought to on them. I guess I can consider myself as having had the real hydromorphone rush:rolleyes:. Too bad it has no legs. I can see how people can go off the deep end with this shit, what a lovely drug, I love the slightly sweet taste you get from a good hit, although it does give instant cotton mouth:). I could only imagine it with some good coke, I'll bet it would make a kickass speedball.

Hydromorphone is my DOC; I have never had the chance to speedball it with coke but I know that it is very, very nice with alittle Methylphenidate thrown into the mix. And Ritalin feels a hell of alot like coke when IV'ed. I know what you mean about it having no "legs" though... it doesn't have much of a staying power and is gone way too fast, it's all about the rush. What I like to do to counter this is to plug a nice dose of Morphine right before I push off with the D, that way when the Hydromorphone is starting to die off the morph body waves are just kicking in full force. If I didn't have the Morphine sometimes I would muscle some of the D before the IV, cause I got vials and was comfortable IM'ing it.

it would be my DOC too, if it lasted longer. The rush fuckin rocks:music1:. Too bad it's over so soon. If I had a big jar of dillys and a bunch of fresh rigs, I'd have tracks from my wrists to armpits on both arms:D, good thing I have limitied funds:rolleyes:

It is fucking ridiculous with good coke. I had a major tolerance at the time where I could do 12 mgs in one shot after only doing it for a couple months. But I could do a half with coke and was fucked. But I wasn't consistently doing 12 mgs I just could and that was my nod level too.
