Yeah, I have to agree. I've never heard the myth that you can't snort benzos, but you definately can. I'm not sure if it's any more effective than taking the pill orally, but you can snort them. I've snorted Xannie bars several times. Of course I can't really tell you when because I was blacked out afterwards. This isn't something I would advise for a new person or a casual user. Definately don't do it if you're planning on driving or operating heavy machinery.

Rohypnol and xanax have been banged by me, though in retrospect this was incredilbly stupide of me. However railing rohypnol kicked it in in under 10 minutes (I was in Germany where they actually write for this)! That, some codeine and a lot of beer got me through a 4 hour train ride and I almost slept that night (flew over with an oil burner and the gear I could find at the train station was weaker that the DHC's everyone had. Sniffin' works!

I've agued this point with someone else in another forum. I can't remember which forum though:o . Snorting xanax definitely works. SWIM does it when he needs to sleep but it's too late to swallow one and he needs it in his system quicker.

true....very true. but what are you gonna due....everyones got there methods. but i hear you man for me benzos and opiates are a major no no. Not cause i dont like the extra nod just cause i dont want to die. But as i said what ever floats your boat.

so with snorting xanax, about how long does it last for you? im assuming shorter, or am i wrong? it usually lasts about 2 hours MAYBE 3 for me orally.

Well, I've long been under the impression that snorting benzos was useless, BUT it seems that Xaxax seems to be the lone exception to the no-snorting rule with benzos. I know for a fact that K-pins don't do a damn thing when snorted, so I never tried any other benzo that way. I don't actually do benzos very often, but I wanted to test something.

So the other night, because of this thread, I decided to do an experiment. I powdered a 1 mg. generic Alprazolam and up it went into my nostrils.

In 10 minutes, I felt a wave of relaxation sweep through my head and body. In another 10 minutes, I felt great; all the stress and anxious tension I'd felt all day long melted away into oblivion.

Folks, it does work, at least with Xanax. Drugs are cool.
