Yea out here in Det, the prices kinda steep unless you find a great plug after....if the prices arent steep....its is poop H. Downtown got a lotta spots, but you need to find a good one and stick to it...I get some very pure bundles for about 150....its all chunk, kinda looks brown/blac color......gooooood shit. Here the shit (well in my circle) is far and few between. I have seen balloons weighing .1 gm go for 20-50$, and people paying 200$+ for a gm. This tar too mind you, so its really quite insane the prices. Lately have seen some balloons weighing .1-.2gm for 25$ each, which is still fucking insane. I don't know that many peiople though and that probably explains the prices. I wish someone else from this area who is perhaps better connected then myself would chime in so I could see exactly how bad I am getting fucked. I used to get 7 balloons weighing .2-.3gm each for 100$ and the dope was extremely good for tar.

Since I'm familiar with many stamps which Black Dog is referencing, I have to weigh in here. "Bad Boy" unless, there was a singular 'good day' is not to my liking. Sunoco, I never heard of, must be small operation in one location only. "Murder Inc." I'm sure is a mix of steroids, oxy and base, At least the stamp I know of. The "Hippo" (new stamp called Mambo) is any afficianado's best bet. Street sellers ususally get their bundles at $70 to $80. A bundle should be a gram. That means $10 per bag (per tenth). Of course, in NY price is reflected in quality, not market points. Retail prices have been the same for over 25 years. Of course, there are still nickle bags, but these are about 1/20th of a gram. I'll tell you evertime I've weighed out a bundle, it's always been short of the grams you can buy in [edited]. (These are awful quality recently) Those grams go for $70-80 depending on who. Anyway who has others work pitching will likely let bundles go for at least $80. I've paid $65 rarely. What the hell is "killbill@10" ? I did a bag of Duracel, took me hours to ge it in [edited], it was more or less OK about the same range as "Hot Party". Anyway, the street scene in NY is very low key these days. You need phone numbers to get anywhere you'd actually like to go. I think the dope in NY is totally unsafe these days. If you get a reliable dealer in weight you're better off. I have heard that [edited] are very good places to shop these days. I started a thread a week or two ago about if there was a drought in place. Does anyone know what the figures for interdiction have been over the last 14 months?

Its almost like a fleamarket when you walk-up to the front entrance of the projects they usually sell 3-5 different types of dope at each building. 'Salesmen' are right out front yelling out the names of bags once you say what you want the 'salesman' escorts you into the section of building where said bags you requested are sold. Grade AAA dope, a bit sketchy and less convenient than the westside.

Almost all spots cater to drive-up service, almost exclusively sold in tinfoil wraps occasionally sandwiched between to pieces of tape to stop tampering, occasionally tinfoil is in a stapled or taped mini ziplock. Occasional capsules, occasional 'straw dope' sold in a McDonalds straw about 2inchs long, heat sealed on both ends.

I'm almost too ashamed too say what the prices here are. No street dealers. You need a number here. Always. 20 for a bag 175 for a bundle, which is supposed to be a gram but really isn't. I live in roanoke va. population barely 100k. there's tar here but it's run in by a friend of mine from NC so the prices I get on it aren't market price for here. After scoring in almost every major city up and down the east coast when I did shows with my band I can say that being a junky here is the worse place to be. Way too much.

Do you make a worldwide statistic? Here are the data for Berlin / Germany:

0.7 grams of good quality H 20 EUR (about 25$). Comes in balls of white plastic foil, usually carried in the mouth by dealer. Almost all the stuff you get here is light brown. White is very rare and people say it has a bad quality.

Quality depends highly on dealer of course On other common public places you get low quality stuff that causes nosebleeding when sniffed regularly. With the good stuff you can use every 4 to 5 hours without nosebleeding. So this price is street price on the good end.

Thats about what it costs for a tenth of tar here in Idaho. Generally between 25-50$ per .1gm balloon, although I have seen people pay 60$ as well. Grams flucuate quite a bit from 225-350$ and sometimes even more depending on the availability/person. Prices used to be quite fair at 7 balloon generally weighing .2-.3gm a piece for 100$ and grams for 80-100$ each. This dope was excellent quality (for tar anyway)as well always very close in purity and cut with niacin. The high prices are probably partially due to the fact that I don't know a lot of people since we had a large bust 6 months ago. Most people are extremely cautious now, so finding a good connection seems nearly impossible. Odds are it would require going to the next town and looking around for a few hours. Doubtful in getting lucky the first time either bet it would take a few days of investigating to find someone. There is a group of mexicans that do a dispatch/delivery type operation much like the one that was just busted. Because of that bust this group is staying far far below the radar so far. One would think a town of 260k+ people would be easier to find stuff in.
However cocaine, meth, shrooms, and weed are usually extremely easy to find and fairly priced. Meth is especially easy and cheap since tons of people just cook the shit in their houses with a bust occuring nearly everyday. Bud is also extremely high quality and cheap since CA is so close.

Guess it might be time to move/take a vacation ;)

Not many pills like you lot seem to get in the US. We use to get Palfium (dextromoramide) and diconal (dipipanone and cyclizine) and mst's. Diconal has been banned (too many addicts shot it and lost limbs from the silicon binders) and no Dr will script palfium (too many od's). Some addicts do manage to get MST on maintenance but its still rare. Technically you can still get scripted for H over here, tho in pratice its rare. Most Diamorphine scripts date from the sixties and early seventies (there are some new ones tho). Iv never had oxy or hydro and only seen white H once in over sixteen years of use. We call H "Brown" as a result.
I must say that our H seems a lot cheaper than the US (even allowing for exchange), but then our coke is twice what most of you will pay. Geography I s'pose.

Quality here (Perth,W.A.) seems to have improved lately.Its almost worth the weeks wages for a gram.Thats why I am trying to obtain the chems to make my own.Unlike you people in US and UK, fuckin' ten bucks a hit! It is affordable,here its a fuckin' luxury.Even speed and coke(if ya can score it) cost the earth here.Only shit thats cheap is pot, $200 an oz of wicked hydro's and many people cant even give away their outdoor stuff.Plenty cheap sativa's. period involved with dealing/using H. 93-99.
I purchased in the following cities.
Seattle..... 1500$ an ounce. decent sugar cut tar.
San fransisco...... I would only purchase balloons on the street, 10- 5$ a balloon, quality CRAP.
Santa Cruz ....street deals , grams for a 100$, gunpowder and tar, quality was good
San jose....same dealers as in santa cruz, but balloons were the only thing being sold for 20$
Missoula....the cheapest I could get it for was 160 a gram or 20$ balloons, quality was low
Boise.....balloon weight would vary from 200 milligrams to under a 100. I would get anywhere from 5-15 balloons per 100$. In 94-95 there was a spike in numbers of latinos coming from salt lake city and now direct from Mexico, that there was about 13-15 different groups running heroin in cars.....the prices were great and the quality was great. for 200$ I would sometimes get 30 balloons and free cocaine.
Its pretty much all about connections....for good strong dope you want to be far away from the downtown street dealing scene.
The boon period that I experienced in Boise was due to the Heroin bulge in the 90's, movies and popular culture were pushing heroin into a new light. Boise was somewhat isolated. The latinos from salt lake liked the fact that Boise was laid back, and that they could blend in in towns like Nampa and Caldwell. In a few years word had spread about Boise's wide open scene, and groups from Denver and salt lake city and Mexico were competing for customers. It seemed sometimes that there were dope excesses rather depletions. After about 4-5 years the scene became unstable, and more volatile, and I watched alot more busts start goin down. In 99 I noticed a large amount of oxycodone and oxymorphone hit the streets and I followed that around for awhile.

I wish that I would have used a scale more in the past. It seemed pretty consistant in Boise that the balloons weights varied greatly. One of my Dealers used to joke that what I paid a hundred for cost him a buck or three.

One of the Latino dealers used to offer his better customers a stay at his families ranch in Mexico if they wanted to get clean. I never took him up on it....even though he stated that you could easily get meds close by. This guy did give me and my wife 500$ in free H and C when we left for California to go get on a methadone program. He was a pretty empathetic guy, he cared about people in a somewhat twisted way. He is now sitting in an Idaho Prison.

I watched at least 10 different groups of latinos go down in Boise.

Paying attention to prices and wieghts is greatly marginilized by Heroins inconsistant purity. I found the best that I could judge potency was sometimes down to the buy.

Well, I am currently in NYC [South Bronx] but am moving to PP Cambodia in a couple of weeks...For NYC, the average bag is the so called "dime bag" which of course sells for 10 dollars. The average weight of such a bag is 100 mg. of adulterated heroin...almost all Colombian [dark brown to white as the driven snow]. There are also "nickels" wich contain the same amount but sell for a mere 5 doallrs. These have almsot disappeared from the market.


Dimes are sold as is or in batches of 10 bags each which are known as "bundles." A bundle can sell at a discounted price, anything from 70 to its stated price of 100 dollars.


In thurn, bundles themself are sold as is or in quanties known as "bricks" which consist of 10 bundles each and can also be discounted even further so that your bag price drops as low as 4 dollars per bag depending on qunatity purchased.


Not to confuse you but across the river in New Jersey they have a different definition for "brick." Over there the ratio is 5 bundles per brick...bags are dimes though so it is easy enough to sort out.

Dimes are almost always sold in glassine bags, the type used by stamp or coin collectors. They are rubber stamped with a name and often an accompanying image to trademark the bag. This is known as the "stamp" or "brand." They very often use images and names from popular culture...After September 11th a popular stamp was "Bin Laden," etc.

You can also buy grams for 65 dollars or so, about 60% pure, also Colombian but it is on a need to know basis. The street trade revolves around stamped glassines.


As for adulterants, sky is the limit nowadays but time was when you could count on a 80:20 mix of lactose:quinine. The lactose would offer bul and quinine would offer the bitter taste that people associate with heroin [actually almost tasteless when pure] as well as potentiating the so called "rush."

Actually I have been to Pakistan [Peshawar and Islamabad]. I only had the pleasure of doing it in Peshawar so I will descibe a bit of that. It is almsot the brown base so popular in parts of Europe and all ofthe UK. You can get white #4 but it is almost all for export so you have to work at it. For the base all you have to do is get in a taxi in most parts of the city. As a Westerner your driver will try to sell almost right off the bat.

As for price, on a retail basis local addicts get almost half a gram unadulterated for 50 US cents but they have to cross into NW Fronteir {rovince to get it. Not only would you not get that price as a Westerner but it is exceedingly difficult for Westerners to cross into that Province [just a demaraction line in the Smuggler's Bazaar]. There they sell heroin openly and also all sorts of guns. Westerners usually pay less than 2 dollars a gram for the brown once they acclimate themselves to the local scene.

Fpr the poster who wanted to knwo about other countries, in Thailand I weas paying 40 US for an uncut gram of #4 [red capped vials]. The other brands had other colored vials, the only other one I personally did was the clear topped which had abit more than a gram but it was also POSSIBLY adulterated a bit so... Locals buy it by the straw of course and they pay about 75 cents [US] for 50 mgs. or so of pretty good [better than anything I have ever bough on an American street] #4. This was Bangkok by the way.


In Chiang Mai, and C. Rai, I also bought various amounts of variously adulterated #4 ...but never off of locals. Only ofther farang.


In Israel, my home country, you can get a wide range of product. The most popular is that garbage EU base that you have to use acid on to dissolve. That goes for 35 [US][ a gram.


You can get #4 for about 80 [US] a gram, around 75% pure. Pretty good deal by American standards.

Been to Mexico, have a daughter there in fact. There I was paying 300 [US] for a Mexican ounce [25 grams] of "Mexican Mud" which is just that technically #4 granulous brwon powder. I have done "Tar" but only in the states [Tampa, Florida] and only as a last resort. Not a wise choice for anyone.

I am heading to Camboida in a couple of weeks and am told that they have uncut grams of #4, like poieces of chalk, for 15 [US] dollars. Why would it be cheaper than Northern Thailand? Don't know, don't care....just counting my blessings [or will be soon].

Bags (weight unknown, allegedly 0.1 g) of white powder go between 10 and 15 bucks. I've only tried a couple times, so I can't vouch for quality personally, but friends say it's good but not great.

OGRE - I am from VA too. Ten years ago I was paying the same prices in Richmond. Cept you didn't absolutely have to have a number - certain places outside of town (projects) you can just drive up and if you don't look to white, you'll get served.

I was a pussy and had to have some poor junky a little less better off than me go do my dirty work, in exchange for a free bag.

I imagine it would be worth youre while to make the drive over to Richmond to stock up. Might even be able to turn a profit back in Roanoke. A lot of the stuff in Richmond comes in from Newport News, which on the coast in VA.

ok so apparently the prices in new york city are quite good. I love buying bulk and have the money and the will but for some reason no way to do it. Wandering the streets of the city has yielded no luck. Being from long island i have easy access to the city but i can't find anyone selling bundles anywhere! Anyone know anything that can help? Anyone from Arizona? A couple years back I was getting $10s or $20s (balloons) from the mexicans in tempe. I'm not sure of the weight or quality, as it is the only H I have ever done. Of course it's all black tar. I only had the connect through friends, never had the straight connect myself.

WOW, maybe I shouldnt post on this one!! I guess my dealer felt bad for getting me hooked, my brother and I would go over to my guys house and chill with him in this shed he had in this backyard. He would hook us up with .5 (black tar is what I am referring to, it is all I have done) for 20 $, 1 gram for 40$, and the stellar deal is, 3 grams for 80$. If I was hurtin for money, I would just give him like 10 bucks and he would hook me up with like .5. This was not all the time though. We use to get a piece for 450$, that is around 16 GRAMS!!!! This was good shit too, always got me loaded as fuck. Well the gravy-train is over, everyone got raided or is now on suboxone. boo fuckin hoo.....
