Hey guys.... I am still around... I have VERY little time to use computer.... working....scoringg and now WORKING OUT consume ALL my time. I went on a 3 month yola binge and got myself down to 138lbs.....NO BUENO!!!!! So I bought a year membership to a local gym, $100 worth of vitamins and weight gain shake protein powder shit. I was wondering if anyone has any experience in weight lifting and opiates....of course I'm not going lifting high, but I am maintaining 40mg Methadone (and some oxy at night for recreation). So, any experiences/opinions are greatly appreciated. Also, sorry to be MIA for so long....

Welcome back bro! Either zoop or I can help you with the weight training. I've been on a program for the past 5-6 months and had some awesome results. It works in 4 phases, each phase leading up to the next, so you don't hurt yourself. Diet is super important too, especially if you are like me. Weightlifting keeps me in check at the moment with these damn opiates.
