3 M361'S & 1 Fentanyl patch...

And then I’m out. So, should I take the Vic’s first, or the Fentanyl (5mcg) patch to make my vic’s last longer? It sucks, cause I have no hook up’s, my doctor sucks and will only prescribe 2.5 Lortab (20 for the month) and I have to buy pills, usually $4 a pop. I have spent probably $100 in the last week on M361’s. I have chronic pain and can’t find a doctor that will take me seriously. It’s crazy too because I have BCBS which is the best insurance you can get.

Anyone know any good pain doctors in Denton/Dallas/Arlington TX? I am running out of time, but can’t really function without my opies. The pain is way to severe. Also, I’m not addicted… have been in the past… I used to eat 8-10 Norco’s a day (back when I’d get 120 every two weeks) and now I take 4 Vic’s (10/650) a day or less.:(

Let me re-phrase that, I’m not physically addicted. Meaning, if I stop tomorrow, I won’t have WD’s. I have already been through that shit, and don’t want to deal with it again. I have the need to have my opies just like so many other folks… I’d rather not deal with pain if that makes good sense.:)

if you're not addicted then why not just take off a few days (try a week) and then take the norco, which by then should have more of an impact, and then fade out with the patch (which should last at least a day with no tolerance) until you score again...

just put it on, and leave it. you won't die from 5mcg, if you take it as prescribed. if you're worried, don't cut it, don't put it on in a weird spot, and wait to take your norcos.

not me, I'd wait until tomorrow, when I was sure that I'd be down, and pop the pill(s) and then the next day I'd hit the patch...

unless you just wanna get fucked up proper once from everything, then just put the patch on your arm and wait a couple of hours, see how you feel, and then start popping...

If your looking to max it out use the patch on the palm of your hand, there is a very high concentration of sweat glands and pores there... you could also use a heating pad to help the Fent leech out faster.

Yea, I am more looking to maintain then get fucked up all to hell. While it would be nice to get that old warm-n-fuzzy feeling Vic's used to give me, I am more into pain management.

Also, does anyone else get higher when they eat about 10 minutes after taking Vic's/Norco? I usually take a pill, then eat about 10 min's later for maximum effect.

eating kills my buzz, I usually do it as little as possible while getting fucked up... but when eating pills i usually put a little something on the stomach after eating.

This shit is so damn hit or miss… yesterday, I took my Vic, and ten min’s later, I ate some chicken fried steak, mashed potatoes etc… and got nice and high. Today, I did the same, but had Jack in the Box and nothing. Got rid of my damn headache though. Is there anything (other than alcohol) that increases the effects or longevity of the lovely Hydrocodone?

Dont do what I did: 5 patches in 3 days. SMOKED EM ALL. Not bad w/d but I have killed my tolerance big time. I have to stay away from ops for a while now :( ...was fun while it lasted, which wasn't very long at all.
