What to do?

Ok my Dr has put me on methadone but has started me on only 30 milligrams.He gives me 90 a month.I have been taking them but have been taking 70 milligrams a day.
The question is my appointment tommorow is at 4:15 where I will be urine screened.Of course I could mess w/ the test but i would rather just be straight and say "Look the methadone's working great,I just need more." I mean I am a 360 milligram morphine IV abuser,so 30 milligrams of methadone does nothing.
I guess what I wanna ask is I still have about 300 8 milligram subs saved up from my old script.There is absolutely noway I am going to make it till 4:15 tommorow with 5 pills,so heres the question : Should I take a few Subs and hope it acts like the methadone and let him find that in my urine, so he knows I am still withdrawing badly,or would it be a waste to take a 120 milligram morphine and pray to God I feel it and then say "I can't piss or something like that?"
Also are you guys/gals thinking like I am that it will be a waste to use up good dope that I probably have no chance in hell of feeling (meaning the 120 milligram morphine) because I've done so much freakin Meth?
Any help from any of you all B-4 tommorows appointment will be much appreciated.Thanks so much!!!!
Also how will the subs react with the methadones if at all?

Ah, the methadone is a beast isnt it. Good and bad i guess.
Vanilla, i really understand your need to get a buzz. All too well unfortunatley. But the last thing i would do is take a gamble at using the morphine. First of all, it will probably be a waste because you probably wont feel it. By now the methadone has begun affecting your tolerance level. Your normal dose of morph, may not give you the same effect as it was, say before you started the methadone heavily. Second. You would be taking a BIG risk in doing it, being that you gotta drop a UA tomorrow. It wouldnt be enough time to exit your system. It MAY be possible, if you drank a gallon an hour of water, every hour until then and pissed every 30 mins until then. May be exaggeration but it would almost take that much. Still though, chances are you wouldnt drop clean, and you might risk being terminated from the doctors care. I dont kno how leiniant he is, or how many "strikes" if any you have against you. But i wouldnt jeapordize something good like that.
I think you had a very good idea when you spoke about telling the truth. I mean, thats what your being cared for, addiction/withdrawal, am i right. If he doesnt understand your needs/wants, then he isnt doing a very good job IMO.

Secondly. bout the sub deal, I dont kno as much about it as i do methadone, hardly anthing it all, so i may be wrong here. But i think that using sub wouldnt benifit you either. Mainly because, you might precipitate w/ds if you use sub this early, that is unless your in w/ds heavy enough for you to dose with it. I dont kno much about the reaction to methadone, with suboxone, but i think the same would apply with it, as most opiates. Like i said, i may be wrong, and hopefully someone will correct me if i am, because you dont need any wrong advice here.
I think your best bet, would be to use those 5 last pills, and use them wisely. I really dont think you will be sick. First of all, you should be fine, generally at least 12 hours from your last dose of methadone. It may be longer, depending on the person, dose, tolerance, metabolism etc.. If you save the last 50 mgs for tomorrow, i see no reason why you couldnt get by if your only using 20 mgs more than that a day, and only prescribed 30 anyways, you should be fine. Im a user of roughly 90mgs of methadone on average and definitly can keep the sickness at bay with 20% of that dose. If i only have 20 or 30 mgs with the usage of mine, i wont be sick. I might not get any buzz, and may not feel the best, but i definitly wont be sick.
Sorry if i repeated myself there, but you get the point. I think you'll be fine if you do what i suggested, maybe others will have some ideas here. Good luck vanilla, your a good girl. Take care. keep us updated.

Do not take the Subs ontop of Methadone unless you are in severe WDrawals it will knock off the Meth and be Hellish!!!!!

I dont know what to tell you to do except methadon has a 24 hour half lif and when ever I have had to kick it its allways been a good 36 hours since my last dose befor I feel any wd symptions Im not saying i felt great but I could function enough to go to the doc

Methadones' half-life is more like 36 hours instead of 24. Im not usually a nit pick, sorry lol. NOnetheless, still a monster half-life. You got the second part right on though. Just the fact that you have a doctor visit should be enought motivation.

Vanilla- I'm going to make this short because OJ covered the 2 important points very well! If you've been taking the 'done for at least a few weeks, you are not going to get sick by 4:15 assuming you take your 50 mg in the AM. It does really take 36 hours before you should start to feel it. No, you won't be high, but you can deal with that for the day, not even a full day just part of it! [unless you're the one that is missing part of your colon, I can never remember who that is]
I wouldn't risk fucking up with your doc. They take stuff like this very seriously because their licenses depend on it. He's not going to risk his license for a patient he knows is using. Go back and read that thread "pod tea screwed up my norco script"- something like that. You may have a cool doc, but you never know when he's going to say, sorry you broke the rules, i'm cutting you off. Also, legally, they don't have to taper you after a decision like that, he could cut you off tomorrow with no warning for a dirty urine. To me, that wouldn't be worth the risk.
You also have to be careful taking more than he rx'd and telling him about it. It he says take 30 and you do and it's not enough, get on the phone right away and let him know. He'll be much happier if he knows what's going on and tells you to increase than if you decide to up it yourself and tell him after the fact. You're really putting your script at risk.
OK, this is getting longer than I wanted. Bottom line, you're really risking your script already by taking more than he told you to. Do you really want to go in there and also have to explain morphine in your urine? I wouldn't!

Damn, forgot something! The subs- leave them alone. You would be risking some pretty nasty w/drawal screwing around with subs and 'done. Ever read about ppt w/d? Not fun, if you think you've been sick before, you aint seen nothin' yet! You have to be of methadone a long, long time before you can safely pop a sub. Minimum approx 36 hours, you don't even have that long before your appt.

Christ did they know how much morphine you were iving?30mls of meth would never be enough unless you wanted to do some turkey there and then.
I wouldn't take the subs.If you can't make it through take as small amount of morph as possible.
When you see them honesty is probably the best policy here.You need more done legitimately and as HOM points out you can have some control over the conversation.

Just got back from the pharmacy.My test last month was clean so I got a real cool DR.Anyways I said they only have the lil methadones at all the pharmacys around here i said "Look if you give me the 40 milligram wafers I'll just take 2 triangles at night and two in the day"
He's like this "what is ithis Let's make a Deal!" I said "No it's Deal or No Deal"He says okay then "NO DEAL"and I said those lil ones really suck [plus look how good I'm doing and he said okay and wrote me out a script for the wafers.
Actually I woke up this morning and forgot to take anything at all so I didn't take 2 till I went to the DRS appointment,did my urine test and everything went better then expected.
Do any of you think find the wafers better then the small rectangular methadones?I mean even if you only take a 10 milligram dose?I just totally dislike the small ones and prefer the old 10 milligram round ones and hopefully the wafers are ,like those.
