first off, I'd normally say Anna Nicole Smith is probably as much of a cum dumpster as Paris Hilton.
But, fuck, she lost her son. So I'll only quasi-gothere. My opinion is she may not be a good role model for her son (seen her fucked up on the grammys or whatever that was?) all that bullshit aside. On a news website the report was that her son, Daniel, took a mix of Zoloft, Methadone, and another SSRI called Lexapro. Now it didnt say what the blood levels were. So the quandry is. did he OD on Methadone and the SSRI's are just a red herring? or was this a lethal combo. reason why im throwing this out is because I was on SSRI until i said fuck it and tapered to a halt. but during that time, I ate Opes and Tramms. guess it's just all speculation until they find out how much of each was taken. any experiences from anyone here takng MAOIS or SSRIs while opi8d?

Wasn't it a pretty young baby? That's what I thought I heard, but I was giving it all my attention when it was on the news. If so, it would be miniscule amounts of done to kill a kid that tiny. If she is on it tho, the baby (again assuming very young) may have had prenatal exposure. Interesting question, but tough to answer wthout tox levels.

No, she was in the hospital to have a baby, with her 20 something year old son with her. The older son died, not the baby.

I'm really not up on this since I don't watch the toob bube, but did they say that he committed suicide? If a person doesn't have a tolerance, it's surprising how little methodone it takes to od. If he/she does have a tolerance--especially to done--it's surprising how high a dose it takes to od. Kinda like a hardcore H addict oding-- very hard to do.

I wanna know all your sources on all those drug combos. I've read on cnn, and other places, that he was taking a prescribed dose of an anti-depressent, and maybe an anti-anxiety drug as well. I've never heard that he was taking any form of opiate.

It's going to depend on his antidepressant. A few of them are metabolized by CYP2d6, if that's the case he could very easily overdose on done. If that enzyme is busy dealing with another drug or drugs, the done is going to circulate longer. If he was on anything that directly inhibited the CYP2D6 (main done metabolizing enzyme) he could run into big problems, tolerance or not.

W. Cy- so how'd the cat do with the vaccine? I used to make vaccines back after grad school, I had a couple that were working pretty good for hep C and malaria, although all the work testing efficacy was in mice, and that doesn't always mean anything. AFAIK, they are still in animal testing of some sort.

You know I saw that shit about her son and I have been on some form of anti depressant for years and still takin my hydro and other shit at the same time. I have never taken methadone but I don't honestly believe the combo of anti depressants and methadone was WHY he died I think he just took way too much methadone but I am no expert on chemisty by any means lol. I saw the pics of him in star magazine and his pupils were so fucking big he looked like he was dosing LSD or something.
I still am confused as to why the fuck he was taking TWO anti depressants together though. He was reportedly taking Zoloft and Lexapro together. I have taken both and HATED zoloft, that shit gave me the runs like crazy, I did like the lexapro though, my mood did seem to improve. I know trying to get OFF some anti depressants really fucks with your system. I am trying to ween myself off Effexor and my god that shit makes you so dizzy and sick if try to cut yourself off cold turkey, you gotta ween yourself off or you will be fucked up.
