Ethex Dilaudid Ugh

God I miss the Mallinkcrodt's but I guess anything's better than nothing. It has been a while since I've been completely clean for 10 days and I'm pretty fucking sick. I got my guy to front me one thankfully until I get my K-pins in two weeks I'm gonna have to sell some to get the money (tear). It seems you have to wash the spoon like a kizillion times to get everything does anyone know any tips for these?

I've been trying to figure out who makes these HORRIBLE pills ever since my script this month was half and half of these and Mall's.

OMG the Malls cook so fucking easy, these things are horrible. No matter what the fuck you do your left with junk. Is there any proper proven cook for these? Motherfuckers are gonna give me all Malls next month.

I'm glad someone feels my pain. And it shows how much they suck that you signed up just for this. I've found with further experimentation that although unlike the Malls they need several washes and to not cook them actually makes it dissolve better. I've also been using saline instead of water. I don't cook the Malls either tho so. It seems to me when you cook them that it loses some power and someone told me all the inactive ingredients that shouldn't be dissolved in to your shot (in the Malls specifically) dissolve the higher the temp so yea. I can't find H so I have to stick with fucking Eths.

Swim hasnt been here in a while, but he has some info that can help. He has had the Mall's the most and they work the best of course, they dont gunk up when you heat them. But he has gotten teh Roxane and the Ethex and here is what he did for it to work. He would crush the Rox or Ethex ones up, mix with warm, not hot water and take a coffee filter and rinse it with cold water and the ring it out best you can. Place that over a small cup and pour the pills+water mix, then rinse out the little cup for last remnants and pour that into the filter too. Then grab the filter and twist it gently downward to get all the water out. Left in teh filter will be the left over pill stuff, DONT throw that away. Now take the cup with the filtered water+Dilly and put in your spoon and heat it up. Draw into needle and you are good to go. He has done this many many times and of course you proably lose a little more than when you do the Mall's but this works just fine for him all the time.
Later on when you run out of pills you can take all those filters that have now dried out and scrape the pill stuff out of it, crush it up, repeat the process above and you can get a decent amount out of that.
When swim first got those 2 other types and changed over from the MAll's he didnt know and got super pissed when he saw it turn to junk! But ever since then he has done the coffee filter before heating thing and it works like a charm =) Hope that helps, Also leaving the mixture to sit for a few minutes lets it disolve a bit more than pushing it thru the filter right away.

I miss those old Ks...they were PERFECT. completely dissolved with a lite stir and a tiny bit of heat...and that fucking rush, OMG there's nothing like it. So heed caution; Try something like this once and it could ruin you for anything else...or just ruin you PERIOD!

Abbott Labs bought Knoll, so no more K on Dillys. A friend of mine jokingly started calling them A8's. Abbott make the 4s also, I did one last weekend. Little yellow pill. I never even saw the "real" Knoll pills, but the Abbott 4s are little round yellow tablets that turn the water slightly pee colored.

For the record, I didn't even know they made 8s until I had some in my hand, and even then I didn't know they were real until I referred to a pill ID site. BOY was that a happy day...

Thanks Flipside. The "pharm" I get them from has a very small and ever-rotating inventory, but K8s are one of the few things in (fairly) regular supply. I guess I should count my blessings, few that they may be sometimes.

Yes they turned piss yellow. Just enough heat to dissolve em. They were me first IV opiate exp. the rest is history. And the knoll 8's?!?!?!, lucky fuck. Same deal. (crush, natch) heat til they dissolve (as long as they're Knolls. I never had abbots.) The knolls 8s were WHITE, were a "rounded triangular" shape, scored, had a vertically spilt 8 on one side and a vertically spilt "shape" that was the same as the contour of the pill.

Man I miss the days when I could get em for 15 bucks lol that was around 96 in Ft. Lauderdale :(

I switched pharmacies, because the CVS doesn't carry any long acting narcotics other than OC's, and my PM doc only wants me using one pharmacy, and when i had my 4mg dilaudid filled 1/2 of them had the K for knoll, and the other half had the abbot sign......This month, they all had the abbot sign.
BTW. today he gave me opana ER, 20mg 2-3 times a day

He'll give me anything, at equal-analgesic doses he likes to rotate to keep them working better

Ok to bang 60mg Ethex morph pills this is what Id do... I had a dram bottle(these about the height of a pill case, but half the width and are glass with a plastic top???You get htem from head shops and shit or from those weird hipie places that smell liquid insense..

So Id take 2 60 mg and fill the dram about 2/3 the way with pretty warm water. Screw the cap on and shake the shiiiiiiiit outta the dram. then I would put the dram into a tiny pot of boiling water, careful not to overdo it and put it in fer say 30 seconds, pull it out,and shake the piss outta it again..Repeat till hot, let cool and bang away

Oh and Id crisp yhe powder a little too befroe Id mix it up...

Yeah M4's suck compared to K4's but they are not the worst thing that can fall into your lap.

My strategy is to overdo it. I like to do two or three K4's at a time so I put at least four (even five) of these M4s in the spoon knowing that I will not be very efficient. After about 0.6 cc of water it looks like white paste at first; but with a little heat (but not boiling) it melts into a liquid. I filter some into a rig, flick out the air, then I add a little more water, reheat and try to pull some more out.

I'm leftover with a really big wash which of course is harder to use than the original mess. Not efficient but it gets the job done.

I just had some of the 2mg Ethex ones. I didn't shoot them, but I wanted to crush and snort or crush and dissolve for anal admistration. They are hard as a rock. Definately need a pill crusher or mortar and pestle to get a nice fine powder. I did not have any gel problems, only a very difficult time crushing.

i remember being sooo surprised the first time i had the M4's & saw all that crap left in the spoon! i never had the ethex ones either... hope i can avoid 'em. fuckin anti-abuse shit needs to kiss my shiney white ass! :p

Aaaargh! SWIM has gotten the ethex 2mg dillies once before... hassle, but it was dealt with. Never got this brand for the prescious favorite 4mg pills before though. Until today. The 2mg ones are blue... the 4mgs are kind of brown-ish. They crush easier than the 2mgs, which are a major hassle to crush, but they cook like crap, leave a bunch of crap in the spoon, and by comparison don't seem to yeild as much dilaudid in the end (one prep compared to one prep - not multiple washes/etc).

Okay, that's the complaint. Okay, the whining. Here's the 'strategy'/solution. This is someting SWIM experimented with during the 2mg experience. Tonight's gonna be the first night trying it with the 4mgs but it will probably work the same. Take water (in this case, 3ccs, for a 3cc syringe - the more water the better in this case ISHO due to the obvious solubility issues). Put it in a clean container (in this case, an empty pill bottle with cap), and drop in the number of tabs you want to dissolve. No need to crush, since time's on your side. If you want to speed up the process, crushing would probably be useful. Then, leave it alone for a while. It doesn't take that long, maybe a couple hours, but overnight definitely works. The next morning, you have a pretty homogeneous solution. Then put that in the spoon. Cook or don't cook per preference. But it works. Better yeild, less crap left over, easier to filter - just generally a better experience.

Hardly rocket science, but my 2 cents on the Ethex issue. It's just a question of asking for the right generic without giving away why I guess. It's easy with the fentanyl patches (Sandoz=yes... mylan=no), since I can just say one works and one doesn't. But those are apples & oranges. These are more like McIntosh vs. Granny Smith. At least I have some, so I shouldn't complain. Beats having none, fo sho.
