Just curious as to why you are so interested in writing a book about the H scene in Austin.
A novel regarding Heroin, there are a few out there already that detail Heroin addiction and unless you have a new spin on the subject, what could be the pull towards this subject matter that would merit a novel.
Not that I am trying to disuade you, just very interested in why? Is Austin your home?
I would imagine it is just about as close to any place else in the U.S. of A.
I would suggest going into Austin and talking to those who are using and get your info straight from the source.
