I am relatively sure that it is safe to do so but I wanted to double check if taking a vicodin with a Tylenol #3 that has 30mg of codeine is ok. The highest dosage of vicodin I have taken is 3 pills at one time so I would think that my system could handle it. If anyone has tried this and knows there is no adverse reaction between the codeine and the hydro let me know (I know they are both opiates but better safe then sorry).
Thanks ahead of time for any assistance.

The only thing you have to worry about is the tylenol. Try and keep it under 4000mgs per day. The liver can't metabolize more than that... about the good stuff: If you're relatively new to the scene (sounds like you might be) you're on pretty safe ground here. Codiene and Hydrocodone are probably the two weakest opi's around...

Thanks, I have only one vic and one codeine but I'll take the vic in your honor.

Why don't you live dangerously and take them both at once?:D
