I tried Imovane yesterday night starting with half a 7.5 mg pill. I honestly didn't feel much of anything and downed another 1 and a half pills of it, and waited. I noticed nothing for an hour and a half but then it got progessively better. EXACTLY like a benzo high. You know that feeling you get when you take a few benzo's and you feel very light and when you move it feels very strange and just drunk. It was like this but without the mind stupor of alcohol. Exactly like Valium, except for one thing, it lacked a small bit of euphoria I would get from Valium or Flurazepam, but it was pretty close. If you gave me Valium or Zopiclone I wouldnt' know the difference except for the amount of time it took to kick in.

But alas, this was supposed to help me get some rest. My doctor in Toronto said this would put me to sleep. And I don't get even get sleepy from it. I feel exactly like I took some benzo's. I'm going to try it again later with a tiny bit more and see how it feels again and report back again to see if it's the same or if it puts me to sleep this time. I'm using Canadian brand Imovane, made by the company APOTEX. It's in the shape of a blue football. I'll include a picture for those who are curious. The pills are pretty small too, they arent a big giant pill they are smaller or the same size of a pregabalin (LYRICA) capsule and it's the smallest capsule i've ever seen pills be sold in.

Here are the pictures of it. The back has 6 little kinda round things on it. You can see that 1 half of a pill has 3 little sorta round things on it . The front says IMOVANE in bold but may be hard to see. I also included a battery/pill scale photo. To show you how big they are. The colour of the pills is similar to the background colour of www.opiophile.org (http://www.opiophile.org) but it's close to the ORIGINAL background colour. I think if you've changed it from blue then it's not the same one. So anyways the pill is SKY blue or close to it. Has anyone else tried it? By the way I'm John from Barrie, Ontario. in CaNaDa!!!

THE BATTERY IS AN ENERGIZER "AA" (DOUBLE A) BATTERY!!!!

My god, I just had exactly the same experience last night. I've had zopiclone before, prescribed fror restless legs syndrome related insomnia (the first night it took 3 to finally knock me out). Last night I was a bit bored & had one early in the evening with a beer just for a laugh, and would have to say your description is bang on.
The little bastards do have some recreational value!:)

I tried again and got the same results. But for some reason, It knocks me out after about 2.5 hours and I don't really know it. I don't remember when I fell asleep, I woke up sprawled out on the bed on my back with my tv blaring and realized I had fallen asleep. So, they are somewhat recreational yes. Almost as recreational as benzo's in my opinion. Benzo's do nothing to me but make me sleep and give me that light drunken feeling without the mindfuck. Unless it's Klonopin! That stuff f's me up in a bad way total amnesia. These Zopiclone have light amnesia as well. Very interesting, not something I would take often though.

i hate a nightmare experience with zolpiDEM (a similar med).
i tell ya, i wouldn't touch that stuff if you paid me for it.
i set out to only take one, max 2 because i knew that taking many could
end up seriously bad.
well, i ate 5 or so without even knowing it and drank 2g of tramadol - also not planned.
i did other crazy things.... and that i was tripping a strange fucked up trip.

i so HATE that stuff.

some time ago there was quite a bit of press about that stuff.
like people driving around for no reason, crashing and having no idea what happend.
also, many people sleepwalk on it and empty their fridge.
when they wake up they wonder why their bedroom smells funny and why there's
food all over the place.

Zopiclone doesn't trip me out at all. It's exactly like Benzo's. I don't feel any different than I would after taking valium or flurazepam. It doesn't really give you euphoric good feelings htough but benzo's really dont either so I think they stack up well against benzo's. I tried taking 3 today and the pills are 7.5 mg each so it'sa decent amount and I feel good, I feel intoxicated though and whne i walk i get that light feeling that i would get on a decent amount of benzos. I kinda like these pills. The only thing is. THEY DONT PUT ME TO SLEEP! AT ALL! I don't understand why the doctor prescribes these if they dont knock you out cold. Somethin like Trazadone knocks you out cold. So does Seroquel and Thorazine. Even Benzos make you sleep after a while but I am not even more tired while on these. I just don't get a sense of tiredness. THey seem to make my muscles feel very relaxed like soma or something and i just feel very loose and content. It seems to have anxiolytic effects i feel so less stressed when i take it. I think this would be a good tool for people with stress because it sure doesnt make you sleep. I guess it can relax you a bit and that can lead to sleep if you lay down and close your eyes you probably couldsleepbut i expect to be knocked out by sleeping pills and if i'm not then i say they shouldnt sell it as one. THey should sell this as an anxiety medication and for stressed people. It would be a good mood enhancer and the body gets nice and relaxed and I have complex health issues including chronic pain and fibromyalgia etc. and a million other things and this just feels good. My muscles feel great and when i stretch out it feels amazing too. i just feel so loose. It's a great feeling.

It's not something I would say is super recreational and something you'd do with friends. Zopiclone is similar to Benzo's in many ways. And feels almost identical to me with not much fatigue. The only problem with this med is the taste in your mouth changes when you take it. So everything seems to taste bitter. When you drink water it tastes like somemone put some sort of bittering agent in it or some sort of metallic flavor. It's just totally crazy. Don't eat turkey while on it either it tastes like crap.. But if your eating sweets and normal food it will be okay. Water tastes so bad with it Anyways, My pharmacist said don't take it often and apparently thats beccause you can get addicted to using them to relax and get a buzz. It's not an opiate buzz type of buzz it's more of an empty feeling it's kind your mind stays totally clear but you just feel all loose physically it's purely physical. Anwyays i'm rambling on anyone who tries it can post here again. It's interesting stuff. It helps with pain too. About as useful and benzo's in my opinion. But i'm not sure how well they would attack withdrawals. They lack the sedating effect that benzo's have. But i'm sure for some people it's sedating because its a sleeping medicine. BUt my body chemistry obviously doesn't react to it. Peace and love all over the world.

Hmm, I had heard that Lunesta works good for sleep but that it leaves an absolutely pitiful taste in your mouth. Looked up your drug, then checked Lunesta, which is Eszopiclone. So all I can say is I'm not surprised by what you said, heard the only difference in the drugs is potency, Zopiclone being the stronger of the two. I'm kind of interested in this pill now, but slightly detered by the taste. I'd heard it's a pretty easy sleep aid to get.
