Methadone doseage to Morphine

SWIM takes 35mg of methadone 1x daily. SWIM might get some morphine, but isn't sure how much to get., because SWIM doesn't know how much morphine SWIM'd need for a buzz.

Would 70mg morphine at a time be approximate?

If instead SWIM got Oxycodone how much would that take insufflated?

Can't help with oxycodone,but my DR used a 1ml methadone to 3 mg's diamorphine conversion.Then a 1mg diamorphine to 1.5 morphine.However I think 1mg diamorphine should equal 2mg's of morphine and at over 80mgs it should be higher than 2:1.Remember this is my DR's conversion rate.Never trust a DR when it comes to hard drugs.

Yeah, I've used the converters, but they're all so different in giving results. Huge differences sometimes, especially considering chronic dosing.
