I have googled and searched for a while before deciding to ask for help here with ID'ing a pill. When SWIM bought it he was told it was hydromorphone (Dilaudid). It is obvious the pill is generic (atleast I think so). Im going to try to decribe it to the best of my ability and maybe someone here can tell me what it is. The pill is triangular in shape and white in color. It is scored on one side with the letter a imprinted above the score and 260 below the score. The other side is unmarked.

*took the ascii art out, didnt work*

Well, it looks something like that. If anyone knows what it is or has a link where I can search myself I would really apreciate it. Thank you.

I noticed the other day that Poison Control was no longer IDing pills for the public, pissed me off royal. A freind of mine calls me up and describes this supposed generic OC 80 that he can get for an outrageously cheap price; I have never heard of the pill he was talking about and was skeptical. I called, gave my information, described the pill... then was told very rudely that "Poison Controll does NOT identify pills over the phone, you should take it to the pharmacy." I told the lady politely that they have done it for me in the past on numerous occasions and she just hung up on me... bitch. So long story short, couldn't find the supposed OCs anywhere online or in any of my books and considered it a lost cause; not to meantion I was really wondering what the hell I called to identify cause it seemed like right after I described the pill to her she was instantly crabby. Atleast now I know that I'm not alone, kinda sucks that they stopped though.

Yea, I've used them on numerous occasions and then one day they stopped doing it. Im tempted to just eat the damn pill and see what happens. It can't be worse than wd's.(also Poison Control is 1 800-222-1222)
*edit* Well, I gave in and ate it, so now I will atleast know if its an opiate..*edit*

I've never heard of a triangle shaped Dillie. And hydromorphone is pretty weak when just swallowed. I am curious as to what effects you felt from eating that pill.

almost Always someone on idthispill will tell you what it is. best to do is take an actual pic as well and post it on there. host the pic first. i use imageshack or photobucket are you "kilogram"?

I have, the brand name Dilaudid 8 mg pill. It's kind of like a rounded white triangle with an 8 on one side and a split line with another rounded triangle on either side of it.
