Rolling with Vicks?

So I was running some searches through pillreports trying to look up some pills for a freind of mine and I found the one he was talking about and the guy that was talking about the effects of the pill was talking about inhaling Vicks vapor rub to enhance his roll. I consider myself to be pretty dope savvy, but I have never heard of anything along those lines and fail to see how it would work. Is this guy just a dumbass or am I missing something? Are ravers stocking up on Vicks these days? Next time I get some beans should I pick some up? Damn that's weird, fucking Vicks vapor rub...

8:15- Started to feel the comeup....body tingles and body high. Music was starting to sound awesome. Started inhaling Vicks to shoot me up.

Yeah chem, you will find the same exact thing anywhere you find MDMA users. I personally love the drug. Its hard to explain for me, but i kno vicks is good while rolling. It "feels" like an enhancement while inhaling vicks, but i dont really think there is any proof of potentiation. For some odd reason, vicks, when inhaled, when rolling, is very pleasurable. Yeah so pretty much anyone who rolls has a vicks inhaler, or some vicks in a jar, w/e form it comes in, it works.

Yeah,lot of vick snorting in clubs all over the north of England.Haven't tried it personally due to a lack of good E,it's all full of weird chemicals but you know it's never seen MDMA ,but friends say vicks helps maintain the "high".Which is never a bad thing.

I never understood MDMA...why do something thats possibly a neurotoxin? Especially when there's so many other, safer, MORE psychedelic phenylthylamines that have similar effects, like mescaline...I've had x, and I've had mescaline....I'd take the mesc over x any day of the week.

Plus the whole rave subculture nauseates me to the point of hating anything that has anything at all to do with it, so I'm admittedly biased. :) Glow-stiks, pacifiers, Vicks and baggy pants......I'll pass.

all drugs are toxic, that's why its called "intoxicated"... for example, you are poisoning your brain when you use most hallucinogens, to the point of temporarily (arguably) altering the chemical flow.

of course, neurotoxins are different on some levels, but a toxin is a toxin and there is no evidence that mescaline is safer than x. it also depends on how good the x is, or if its real at all, or just a drug cocktail with all kinds of crazy shit in it.

When I was a child (was taken away from a dopie mother) my mother used vicks inhalers for dope somehow...not sure how but even as a child i knew something was up ....and always that funny smell in the house (i guess her and her friends were cooking dope)but the smell burned my nose..i was a very yonng child and still remember this...then there was the day i went into the bathroom and someone was kneeling over the tub about to inject themselves..............man that will scare a 6 yr old like there is no tomorrow...

Yeah the Vicks inhalers used to contain Amphetamine, they now contain propylhexadrine which is a mild stimulant at best; this is not what I was talking about though... the person in the pill report was talking about Vicks vapor rub: the stuff that you rub on your chest when your stuffed up. Sunwheel, I'm not knocking you man, I appreciate the links. But, I just read all those links (all form the same source) and all of them are completely inconclusive. They are full "may cause" "seems to effect" " could potentially" type language that just oozes propoganda.

Beleive what you will. MDMA has been around for a long time, and according to your link is the third most used drug behind weed and speed, and there is still no conclusive data. It reminds me of the argument, and beleive me I can send you tons of links, about how marijuana causes brain damage. Sure, OK.

I use the Vicks vapor rub 3 times a day the vicks nasal spray 3-5 times a day and also have a bunch of Vicks Inhalers hanging around the house.I am addicted to the nasal spray,meaning I cannot breathe through my nose without it.
As far as why I use the Vick's products I never really thought about it enhancing my high or anything,I just love the smell and not being congested or"stuffy" when I am high.I guess I never really thought of the relatioship of the 2 but now that you've mentioned it,next time I get high I will see if it encances my buzz,seeming I have 4 bottles of Vicks nasal spray on me right now,along w/2 inhalers in my purse and the Vicks vapor rub on my coffee table.

I know this may sound kind of lame, but I really think you'd be better off not doing the Ecstacy or any type of Amphetamine or Methamphetamine. Stay away from Amphetamines, Cocaine and related drugs. I'm telling you this because of some horrible things that happened to me after repeated use. Musicwill suck, relationships will suck, you'll feel so strange when you go out into public that you'll just want to be inside away from everyone. You'll have memory problems, blackouts etc. The list goes on. These aren't scare tactics but what has happened to me. I know it wont happen to everyone, but if it happened to me it can surely happen to you so take it easy with the ecstacy. You never truly know whats in it and the chemistry can be garbage and fuck you up. If you need speed take Dexedrine or Desoxyn or something or Adderall or just anything. Don't use this garbage. Yes this is true. You don't know unless you try I guess. I think it's good to try things a few times for the experience. I'm all for it. I made sure to try most drugs just to see what I was missing and most of them were let downs, amphetamines were great for a few years in my teens. I would take them everyday along with various opiates. Ecstacy came in the teens too and it was very pleasurable but sometimes not as good as methamphetamine tablets the kind you get from a doctor. Usually Desoxyn methamphetamine tablets were just as good as E and i suspect most E is methamphetamine and caffeine or a mix of that. lots of times there is ketamine in it, i dont even know why they put ketamine in it. Ketamine just makes people nauseas and dettached from reality. It's not very pleasurable. But my point is, after a while stimulants and psychedelics get very hard on your system. You start to have trouble taking them because it doesn't feel as good anymore it feels kinda bad when you take it. Basically after 15-20 years of doing amphetamines or ecstacy you are going to be a paranoid, jittery, stressed out person with high BP and your not going to feel well without them ever. Your brain chemistry changes. I'm all for opiates but I just have a personal thing with amphetamine type drugs and cocaine. I've seen too many people get fucked for life from them. Cocaine is evilas well. check it out look at pill users vs. meth users and you'll see the difference in their appearance. With many opiate users you can't even tell they are users, they seem like normal people and you wouldnt even suspect it. But with a meth user it's not very hard to tell. If they have been doing it for 10 year you can definitely see it in their face. But an opiate user can be healthy for an entire lifetime. Try shooting crank for your lifetime and see how it turns out. I guarantee you can't last 10-20 years injecting crank every day a couple times. It's just not possible. I dont know any crank injectors or glass smokers that last very long You either quit doing it or you die basically. Meth is evil. Ecstacy is the same to me. It's just a different road to destruction. Real ecstacy is more is more neurotoxic in my opinion. Homemade drugs always have leftover chems in them and other defaults which you will never even know unless you made it. Those little things, may cause more toxicity than the actual drug. Who knows what it is....It could very well be that i got messed up from this because of bad chemistry and toxic chemicals left over from the production of it. Or it could have been produced correctly andthe MDMA had a role or maybe the ketamine or caffeine or MDA or whatever else could have been in it, had something to do with it. I'll never know but I do know i'll never take "Ecstacy" again. For it is the MysteryBlend of hell. What everyone needs is a big tank of Nitrous. That stuff is euphoric for some reason. It really gets me off. I get extremely euphoric from it and opiates and it makes me feel like i'm floating on clouds. It's one of the most intense highs i've ever had. Much better than stimulants for me. But where to get it? hmmm Whipped cream cans and whippets dont last long. I need a huge tank like a dentist has. lol. That would be a ball. Peace :)

"Taint" is a neat little term for the little piece of real estate between the balls (or vagina) and the ass. Often time called the "gooch" or the "ass-ball-connection." The scientific name is the perineum.

It is an American slang, often used in the South and North, as “Gooch” is preferred in the Midwest and West. Personally, I feel that “taint,” just sounds funnier, so it is my preferred word.

This is just plain bad advice... they put additive shit in those nitrous tanks like Sulfur that you DON'T want to inhale. It's not really that hard to come acrossed a medicinal grade tank, N2O is not schedualed, put alittle thought into it. The MDMA kinda kicked my ass too, which is why I haven't been around for like 20 hours (that's gotta be a record). Pretty much I underestimated my dose and over-estimated my tolerance (it had only been like 9 days since I had rolled last)... bad combo. The pills I had tested MDX high, I knew they were really good: so I plugged 3 of them. Felt fucking amazing for an hour or so and then I got the worst headache I have ever had. It felt like my brain was swelling and pressing against my skull. The pressure was unbearable!!! Then my body temp started going haywire, I have never been so hot in all my life. There was not a dry spot on me or my bed. I had to strip down completely naked and stand in front of my blasted air conditioner for most the night to keep from frying like an egg. I was temped to take my temperature, but decided that would just freak me out all the more if I knew how hot I really was... trust me I had to calm myself down quite a bit. I toyed with the idea of calling an ambulance; but that would come back to bite me in the ass playing the pharm game, not to meantion there wouldn't be much they could do for me there other than put me in an ice bed or drain my skull... none of which sounded like a good way out to me.

Did I learn a lesson, yeah I sure did... I'm a fucking idiot and I need to stop pressing limits (boy am I glad I decided not to just slam the bastards). It wasn't MDMA is the devil, far from it, it can be used very responsibly. I was being an irresponsible asshole last night and I payed for it. I knew the risk when I started playing the game; and I take my licks like a man... I refuse to blame drugs for my stupity. Will I do it again, most definately... I'm a fucking junky, just gonna be alittle safer next time.

Hey man, no offense, but no one has 'proven' mdma effective in any medical treatment. There may be some suggestive evidence, but there is an overlying question: do the risks outweigh the benefits?

MDMA is used in therapy in some locations in Europe and was used extensively in theraputic sessions in America before it was scheduled in the 1970s.

As far as source material, just do a Google search for "MDMA in Therapy." You'll mainly get popular press articles, but a few academic journals will pop up too (example -"MDMA: POSITIVE EFFECTS OUTWEIGH THE NEGATIVE" in the journal, Molecular Neurobiology and Neurochemistry). If you're really interested, I'll pull you a few more established biblios when I go do some research Tuesday.

-- Also, there is a ton of research being done right now in Europe and the US to see how well MDMA can be used for PTSD, Depression, Schizophrenia, Anxiety, and other drugs related to serotonin. While not my area, I could scare up some raw reports on those studies too if you're interested.

The bad thing is when I acquire pure MDMA, I'm obsessed with this fragrance and I might use that or the gel. If I use the gel, I tend to rub it/use too much and when I'm coming down I feel greasy as hell and it burns my eyes exceedingly bad lol

at t he clubs, when i roll, someone is always there with one of those nose inhalers, with the bottom broke off, and they blow the menthol air in my eyes.... its wild....
